Discovered this new coffee shop in this new neighbourhood. Fatty Bom Bom Sizzle is one of the stalls. Tried the spicy chicken aglio olio and half spring chicken. Highlight was the half spring chicken. Perfectly cooked with fats under the skin nicely rendered and the meats remain tender. Well marinated and chicken skin was thin and fragrant. I used to order only crispy chicken but this is my new favourite! Hope they maintain the standard. Spicy chicken aglio olio was okay, but quite spicy. Good amount of chicken meat, not too salty and pasta was al dente. Portions for both dishes quite good too. Waiting time about 10mins for takeaway 👍🏻

I could have given a solid five stars but I ordered Grab delivery hence I will reserve the full on review when I finally drag myself to this newly opened kopitiam that recently opened . This isnt the first time I ordered from FFB though, to top it off I regularly patronised another outlet at Margaret Drive, so I did have some benchmarks and the food at this outlet is superior to the former. The chicken Cutlet is insanely crispy, crunchy and so tasty, the meat under the batter was tender, juicy and oh so smooth, something hard to maintain when deep frying anything. Complimenting the chicken was tomato based pasta that lent a splash of tangy sweet and sour into the mix. In short its perfect. The coleslaw was fresh snd crunchy too, taste was alright, but I did feel that it did need a little more sauce as the veggies were on the dry side. Now all this would have still earned a solid five stars but alas, my meal did not come with any packets of chilli sauce, thank goodness I had a stockpile of these at home. Love the unpretentious western food here and will definitely try to eat it at the stall itself, it might taste even better and at least I can help myself to the chilli sauce!
