Bought 3 slices, all cold... Should have at least made it warm. Bad experience. I will give it 4 stars if the pizza is hot or warm. Cold... It might have been out there for long already

Nora from Pezzo Lot One was really friendly and helpful to help with our party order. She contacted us to help us in our order past the shop’s operating hours and started early before the shop opened the next day to ensure that our orders are prepared in time for our party in the morning. She’s a gem who doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, thumbs up for the excellent service! 👍🏻👍🏻

i tried to redeem my pizza since im a samsung member. those people were really rude and inconsiderate. They didnt even explain to me how to redeem the pizza. they just said "they dont know" . Really bad behaviour.

Bought 2 slices of pizza. Asked the cashier if the food is still warm as she didn't put it in the oven. She said the slices were still warm but when i tried it immediately after leaving, both slices were stone cold. Contacted their social media page regarding the issue but they left me on "seen"

Ordered food through Foodpanda. Only ordered 2 things, a chicken lasagna and 3 slices of pizza. When my order arrived, the chicken lasagna wasn’t there! Reached out to Foodpanda about this and they have yet to provide a refund for the missing item. So disappointed with the service. To top it off, the pizza was so cold and unappetising. Never ordering from this place again.

Trying to decide what to get at Lot one branch and the cashier just shouted at us to get away. Poor customer service awareness Pezzo just lost customer because of a poorly manner staff

Bad experience working as delivery person. The Indian girl just throw in 2 coke and paperback wrap food in without separating. A long pizza box plus 2 roll around cold coke and hot paperback food does not mix. No matter how I try to make it straigh it eventually became straight pizza box rather than horizontal..and the paper bag food gets soggy and the coke all collected at the bottom of plastic. I had to talk to the customer in person and I am sure still thinks he complain abt me rather than blaming how the person packs. Being in a service industry that chin cai packing irritates me. Pls think about the customeron how they consume food and the delivery rider. It's not a job u work just to get money. Responsibility is important too.

i’m not the type of person to target others specifically but there was an indian woman working as cashier who was rude to me when i couldn’t hear her the first time and then proceeded to lightly toss my food at me. please do something about her.

Bought few pan pizzas at this outlet for Xmas Party...The staff (Dina) was friendly and took time to explain different flavours and promotion. Efficient and highly recommended!!!

Malay staff name İHSAN Give me very horrible service . I don’t know what his problem until he picked up arguments with me as a customer. Instead he apologies he keep continue mocking on me because he don’t understand my order and blamed me because I wear a mask ! I just want to buy pizza and he no heart to serve customer. He never apologies and continued bad mouthing with Malay language which I understand. Continue his grouchy he even dropped the cheesy cheese to the floors. It’s nightmare to up there I regret buy pizza in pezzo at lot 1. It’s hurting and boiling my blood talk with bad customer service from him. I will never back to the shop! And yet they charge me double . Please refund back the other transaction. Cashier never checked properly and asked me to pay double use Apple Pay. Tried to call 📱 nobody respond. Please management look in to it. I got bad service and double charge.

Even requesting twice for hot slice freshly made which was available..they pass on the old hard slice which was previously made hours before...poor service and food..
