This pizza is super duper delicious. I eat their pizzas every week and it always tastes so scrumptious. Highly recommend their 100% real cheese pizza as it is really cheesy and is made to perfection. The waiting time was really fast and staff were super friendly!

The chicken is dry the teboki is beyond dry...feel like I'm chewing on tyre....in one word yikes.😒 Picture looks good but reality is sad... if I can give ZERO or negative stars I would have.

The food is not bad and I don't know if it's just this outlet that does this but if you want to order Grab Pickup then you have to deal with the risk of the staff throwing away your food if you didn't pick up on time. I ordered from them for my dinner recently but I forgot about it as I was caught up with work so I reached about half an hour after their closing time and couldn't find my order anywhere, so I had to cancel my order and get food elsewhere for my dinner even though it was already pretty late. I ordered Grab Pickup from them again and this time I managed to pick up my order. The staff (who seems to be the owner?) said he was about to throw away my order if I came any later. I asked why did he not contact me to ask if I was picking up my order and or just leave it at the table behind their kiosk for collection and he said they won't call the customer to remind them, if they don't come by their closing time the staff will just throw away away their orders and they won't leave the food for them to collect themselves for "hygiene purposes". It's not my first time ordering Grab Pickup from other restaurants and most places that I ordered from would usually contact the customer through either phone call or WhatsApp to let them know they haven't picked up their order when it's near their closing time. This is the first time I heard of such ridiculous service attitude. It's not uncommon for customers to forget that they ordered food - in my case I was caught up with work it's not like I forgot on purpose obviously especially when I paid for it and it was my only meal for the day??? If they reminded their customers through a call or WhatsApp but they still didn't pick up their order then of course they can throw away the order - that would be the customer's own fault because at least they DID remind them to collect their food before. And plenty of restaurants/coffee shops/leave their delivery pickup orders outside their stall or a counter/table near their restaurant for customers to collect, furthermore I'm pretty sure pizza and fried food doesn't go bad just because it's left outside for less than an hour especially when it's at night so citing 'hygiene purposes' for not doing so is ridiculous. All in all, they just don't care about their customers as you can see from their service attitude and their low reviews so order at your own risk.

TERRIBLE! 💩THE MOST HORRIBLE TOTS We ever had so far!🔥 Please look at the ads and exact photo of the food. What a huge difference! Where is the so-called krispy, crisp and gold coloured tots as posted??? Maybe all of you krazy on the post because this is cheating consumer? WHAT A SHAME! YOUR TOTS ARE SUPER SOGGY! PERHAPS JUST TOOK OUT FROM FREEZER AND HEAT UP THEN SERVE CUSTOMERS? Not crunchy at all! Sorry to say, we ate it within 7 mins, it is not possible to be soggy if you fried it well! And it is FROZEN FOOD TASTE! Not even have any saltiness like usual tots. ZERO CRUNCHINESS! AND PLEASE LOOK AT THE COLOUR, OBVIOUSLY IT IS NOT COMMON FRIED tots where usually should be. THE WORST TOTS! Not to forget, the sauce is COLD!!! MOST PROBABLY THEY KEEP INSIDE THE FRIDGE! That makes the tots taste even worse. The staff was just slowly preparing food, it was so chill, no crowd, impossible to have such mistake! Please cancel it from the menu if you do not know what golden crispy tots should be. Spend $3 to buy other food is even better than this. Your tots does not worth a penny! Sucks💢 Update: wont be contacting Eat Pizza as per their reply because not going to visit anymore, so no thanks!
