The QR code ordering system is a joke. They advertise it as a way to “skip the queue,” but after placing our order, the staff never received it. We ended up waiting while everyone who ordered after us had already collected their food. Only after we asked did the staff realize there was an order waiting. So what’s the point of “skip the queue” if your system doesn’t work? The irony is that I waited even longer because I used the QR code. There were three staff members in such a small shop, yet nobody noticed the missing order until we chased them. To make matters worse, the Potato Turkey Bacon pizza was disappointing—dry, barely any bacon, and mostly just a thick pizza base with potatoes. Definitely not worth the wait.

30 May 2026- Came nearby to buy stuff so might as well use up some vouchers I have gotten from my uncle. Gotten ourselves OG Mac And Cheese, Double Cheese Turkey Bacon and Beef Pepperoni pizzas to go. Reached home 3 hours later and still very delicious. This is our second attempt at Eat Pizza so we really wish to try it while it’s piping hot and freshly out of oven. Anyway for this outlet staff was very friendly and professional despite her first time seeing the vouchers.

Absolutely loved the Hawaiian pizza! 🍕 The combination of savory ham and sweet, juicy pineapple was perfectly balanced. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the cheese was melted just right. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Definitely a great choice if you like a mix of sweet and savory!

Very good Korean-styled pizza. Great for a quick bite. I enjoyed their Hawaiian pizza — the mayo was a nice touch.
