This particular staff is rude. First I did not queue in the right direction but I did come before the earlier customer. He just said in a rude tone "I don't recognise if you did not queue the right direction." But there was no clear indication of the right direction to queue and he should have directed to start with. On top of that, when the customer in front paid with $50 and there was not enough change, he just took the entire cash register up and show the customer "I said there is no change, I did not lie to you", then he just turn to me and gave that "unwilling to work" face and just rudely told me saying "pay cash if you don't want to wait". Why do you allow such rude staff to serve, I will not want to come back again. The malay guy was so much better, he is polite and patient. If this young guy in picture is still here next time, I will never buy from your stall again.

Most of the set items not available except chicken cutlet & chicken wing set. The ikan bilis is prepacked & sealed so it’s very crispy. The sambal is good. The chicken cutlet is quite ordinary not especially delicious. Looks similar to those you buy from supermarket and deep fried it at home. The price of a small slice of egg omelette is steeped at $1. But rental is high so no choice huh… but overall an enjoyable meal.

The staff was extremely rude. Lee Wee was running a Shopback campaign over this weekend where customers can buy some of their products at a discount using Shopback pay. Most of the customers in the queue were using Shopback pay. After attending to me (I was also using Shopback pay), the staff told the customers behind me who are paying by Shopback app to queue at one side and followed by saying "I have no time to attend to you now!". How offensive and rude! I fully understand that with the usage of payment app, there is a need to spend time to check and validate payment has been made. This is something that every stallholder has to do if they wish to use payment app. I am a frequent user of payment app and make frequent purchases during promotion campaigns, but i have never encountered such bad services. If Lee Wee has decided to join the campaign, then they jolly well do the necessary and not take it out on their customers when their services is slowed down by the extra verification steps. If they are unable to improve their processes, then dont join in any promotional campaigns in future.

Bought sets 1 and 4 - overall average. Fried chicken is not crispy, seems like it has been cooked sometime. Otah ok, peanuts crispy rice also ok. I still prefer crave as their food seems more higher quality

I was impressed by the 2 guys in the outlet at Jem yesterday. Very entertaining and very sales proactive. Although most items were sold out at that moment about 7plus, i were queuing but i wouldn't feel bored just to queue up for takeaway orders. Keep going guys and i will be there again 👍

Bought their Fried 3 joint wing Nasi lemak set for takeaway (this outlet at Jem only has takeaway option) at $5.90 and added a banana leaf squid otah for $1.90. Arguably, the most important thing I care about in a Nasi Lemak is the coconut rice and the sambal chilli. Lee Wee managed to get both of this correct. The rice could have done withmore coconut milk taste but it was savoury in taste as opposed to sweet in many cases. The chilli had some heat in it but also just a little sweet. The ikan bilis and groundnuts were provided for in a packet to keep its crispiness but portion was miserly compared with the competition. After that, it was all downhill. The pale looking, batter coated chicken wing was almost soggy, not crispy at all. Wonder if it was because of the takeaway. The fish otah and the extra banana leaf squid otah were both very ordinary. Certainly the latter was not worth the money. As for the fish cake, it was factory made and fried some time ago. Not a good first impression. If there is a chance, I will try it at other outlets to see if dining in makes a difference.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food for the price of it. ($8.10 for the set) The rice is barely filling the base, just a thin layer of rice provided. The quality has been declining over the years. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing from them again.
