I bought the mash potato and ham bread, tasted super sour and acidic. The fillings are spoiled. Update - food made me sick, pretty sure it’s from here since it’s the only thing I ate today.

On 5 may 2026 at about 1pm I bought a big baguette from dj bakery marine parade. There were two staff at the counter, both turned their backs preparing something even though they knew I was there to pay for the baguette, and I had to call them loudly for attention. These two staff have ZERO customer service and ZERO queue system. People were cutting in from both left and right and it got very messy!

Staff was very understanding; two bread were placed stuck together and when I was taking one out, the other that was stuck to it dropped onto the floor, so I picked it up and brought it to the cashier and told them about it, they didn’t insist I pay for the dropped bread.

Serious hygiene lapse! Found a housefly buzzing happily with the buns. Don't even know which buns already contaminated. Yucks. Turns out their buns in the glass display are not even securely contained. See the gap circled. They removed the glass partition between both displays, so bugs can easily sneak in. Guess who didn't buy buns from there?

Found this newly opened bakery. It's clean and bright, welcoming. Bought Red Bean Buns for breakfast but was too hungry to wait. They tasted good and though the photo doesn't show it, but they were filled with red bean paste. (They tasted so good I refuse to stop to retake the photo of the buns.) I enjoyed them very much and am looking forward to trying their other flavors. 😁
