Nasi lemak and rice options like ayam penyat gets sold out quickly and usually by 12pm, so if you're there and these options are available, it's a must try. That being said, I really loveee their mee soto (which is usually available for lunch still). The broth is very flavourful and the chilli is sooo good that I usually request for an extra spoonful of it - although it was spicy, it was satisfying.

Wanted to try the nasi ayam penyet for lunch today but already sold out by 12pm. Tried the special fried rice instead (prepared upon order). Quite yummy and good value for the location. Will definitely return to try the other items on the menu.

Was pleasantly surprised with the overall package. Very fragrant rice with coconut taste that is reminiscent of nasi lemak, and nice balachan chilli. The chicken breast meat doesn't taste stiff too. You can add a fried egg as an additional topping.

Surprisingly good. Moist rice filled with coconut, nice chilli to go along, delicious chicken wings. This stall is a well kept secret! Let’s see if they are consistently good when I next visit they. Starts at $3.00.

Managed by a couple of young people. Although it was early morning with minimum queue, and the chef was preparing the meal, he stopped and turn around to take orders, until the female assistant came over. $3.00 Mee Rebus is a touch different from most hawker stores, it is not as sweet but a little bit more salty which I thought it was nice. Noodle quality is good and cooked nicely. The lady served squeezed lime onto the food, which is a big welcome to keep my hands clean to shoot some photos. Overall it was a satisfying meal for me. They have others served only in the afternoon, Ayam Penyet, Mee Soto, Nasi Lemak.

Damn good mee soto and ayam penyet. I previously tried the ayam penyet and decided to try the mee soto this time. It's so hard to find good mee soto and I think Dapur Faiz's mee soto is damn good. Shiok. Will definitely eat again.
