Super slow staff serving just 1 customer in front of me, and just treated me like I’m invisible. Left without buying anything. Extremely disappointed in Cat and the Fiddle - service standard used to be much friendlier.

I bought my mother’s birthday cake from Jac and she was amazing in hospitality. Our family enjoys Cat and The Fiddle cakes and I am happy that they have an outlet at Northpoint. 😁

Cat & the Fiddle cakes are really delicious. The cakes are soft, rich, and full of flavour. My children at home love them very much, especially the cheesecake. Every time we buy a cake from them, everyone in the family gets excited and enjoys it together. It has become one of our family’s favourite treats.

I am a regular patron of this brand as the cake quality offered by this shop had never failed to impress. Also, special shout-out to Jac from the Yishun branch for being so friendly when I dropped by the other day to purchase a birthday cake for my wife :)

Jac is an outstanding staff that has patience and warmth in her when she’s serving all the customers and even delivery rider. Always a regular at cat & fiddle every month! Love the cakes and the staff in Northpoint!
