We tried the basque burnt cheesecake and naughty n nice cake. The taste was nice, though the burnt cheesecake seemed frozen and not as soft as expected. Naughty n nice seemed smaller in size compared to the display unit. Staff who served us was polite.

*add new photo for Toasty Burnt Cheesecake* which i bought. finali i bought a cake fm dis shop for the vy 1st time. i chosed the apple of my eye (apple crumble cheesecake) n it did not disappoint me. it was pretty n delicious. i gave a 10/10. the service staff was polite n accomodating (gave me a candle n fork upon request). not forget to mention, the packaging (box) for the cake was cute n secure too. ovrall it was a gd buy. will patron agn in future!

got the Fickle Feline 2.0 and the slices are so small! can't believe it cost $60+ but anyways some of the cakes taste very gelat. would recommend Blueberry, Apple Crumble, Lemon Yuzu, and Yuan Yang those taste better and less gelat. the only complain is cake v small and expensive:")

In celebration of their anniversary, there was a 1:1 promo. My husband and I are obsessed with cheesecakes so we were excited to try these guys out for the first time. There were so many flavours to choose from. Ultimately, it was decided we had to order at least one classic. We ordered both the “Over the Moon Classic New York” and their “Emperor’s Romance Lucious Lychee” flavours. Both cakes were frozen at the time of purchase and packaging was conveniently thought out for freezer storage (i.e. the cakes come in a plastic container so you can store without the paper box). They also provided two plastic knives, a couple candles and a “happy birthday” cake topper. We stored the lychee flavour one for the time being and tried out their classic one. After thawing out, the cheesecake was perfect. It was so creamy and not too sweet. The crust was delicately portioned out so it wasn’t too thick or hard. We’re now super excited to try the lychee flavoured one once we go through this classic one! Can’t go wrong with this place if you’re craving a solid 💯cheesecake.

Happily headed to the store to collect a birthday cake on 13th Feb Mon at around 7pm. As a junior female staff was verifying my online purchase order on my hp, a senior female staff came over & told off the junior, "If (u) cannot see, tell her (me, customer) make big (pointing at my hp screen)!" She then went to take out my cake box & torn the plastic wrap in a very rough manner...Kudos to the junior staff whom had remained professional throughout! To the shop owner, do provide a very good explanation to justify for the senior staff's rude attitude towards the junior staff & me, the customer.
