Celebrating hubby birthday at Carousel on the father's day. Despite the crowd, the service crews did a good job, they are patient and friendly, also manage to clear our empty plate promptly. Food variety is excellent, we love the sashimi. Suitable for friendly & family gathering.

Went for a buffet lunch with my family (one day before Father’s Day). Good spread overall but honestly I mean, the seafood quality isn’t anything to shout about. Come if you want to eat a variety of food, but don’t really care about the quality. This is a place that I would say quantity > quality. Asian, western, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Fusion cuisine.

This place is amazing. The buffet lay out with many varieties of food that taste super delicious. Not forgetting the many choice of desserts available. The ambience is superb and the staffs were friendly, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Came here for a company team dinner. Recommended by one of my colleagues. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. Really spoilt for choices and had a difficult time deciding what to eat first. The seafood were amazingly fresh and really sweet and juicy. Was there for almost 3 hours and YET i didnt get to try everything. Service staff were very welcoming and friendly with smiling faces throughout the entire time we were there. Will definitely patronize again and bring my friend and family along.

Nice ambience. Great and tasty food. Lots of desserts like ice-cream, cakes, fruits, etc. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. There's promotion on crab and lobster on every Wednesday now. The staff always clearing the tables to make it easy for people to eat. Easy to make payment as they do it at the table. Given complimentary carpark coupon.

Was here for Company Department dinner some time back. Food wise, not bad. The lobster however felt a little too frozen in my opinion. Other than that, wide selection, topping up of food was also prompt. Service crew did a really fantastic job in upholding the image. Always attentive & ready to help & clear your plate. Been considering this place for my anniversary celebration while I'm typing this. If you want great service, here's the place.

Crowded on weekend dinner. Long queue was formed even before the restaurant opened at 630pm. Reasonable variety. Average pricing with average quality. Lobsters/seafood were well stocked. Cooked crab was dry and flavor did not seep in. That said, the dessert section was above average, outperforming the seafood and the cooked food section.

An old favourite. Wednesday lobster and crab dinner buffet was worth the additional price. Lobsters and crab at the cold seafood section was fresh and sweet. Lobster truffle risotto was deliciously creamy. Laksa is good without being overly heavy. Good spread of dessert and ice cream. Love the mango sorbet. Carousel probably serves the best bread pudding I ever had to date. Luscious, spongy, creamy and not too sweet. End the meal with a good cup of Lavazza coffee Replenishment was quick. Service was fast, courteous, and attentive. Overall an enjoyable buffet dining experience.

Went for international buffet lunch, choices are decent, didn't manage to try all of them as half way we are quite full, suitable if you have special event to celebrate. Overall not bad but I feel the dining time can be prolong, 2 hours seems a little too short for lunch

Celebrated our sister advance birthday dinner here. my younger sister recommended this place, the food was super good and delicious. what my sister say the food very nice and delicious it really mean very good and delicious! cause she came on the last Sunday the food and all super good. I'm looking forward. but today mostly all the Asian cook food and the sea food on ice very salty and over cooked. Very sad and disappointed sent a $89 for the quality!. Sea food on ice The snow crab leg very salty, Sri Lanka crab pincers over cooked super dry same goes with lobster pincer super dry! The la la clams super dry too! Asian cook food side The Stingray and all Chicken quite dry! The Fish maw soup, lamb chop, prime ribs, prime ribs black pepper sauce and the mushroom sauce very salty! The Indian food was not bad The desserts are not bad too But the fondue of the fruit not much to choose from very little variety. This my first time here don't think I will recommend!

Food is not bad even though the choices of food didn’t really suit me as I’m quite a picky eater but my friends all enjoyed it so I would recommend people to try here at least once as everyone has different tastebud/ preference. But the service is really good. We were joking about saying it is someone’s birthday and I think one of the staff overheard and brought in a slice of birthday cake. It shows that they’re very attentive to their customer and will attend to every customers needs. If you’re a picky eater like me, I would recommend you to try their shepherds pie, garlic fried rice, assorted sushi and sashimi, crab legs and their desserts.

Carousel is one of the few restaurants that is Halal. The lunch buffet starts at 12pm and ends at 2pm. They have all kinds of food that you would expect at a hotel buffet. Many varieties of food to choose from, like Maine lobster crawl, shrimp, shellfish, crayfish and meat dishes like roast beef, chicken. And also loads of dessert items for you to indulge. The service staff is proactive in clearing your plates once you are done.

One of the most affordable halal buffets in Singapore. Variety of food is good. I guess if you are into buffets you should definitely give it a go. I noticed a lot of companies having their year-end bonding sessions here. The dessert selection could be improved in my opinion.

Was expecting a lot for this place due to social media and also price paid. It was a little underwhelming to say the least. Decor and set up were nice. The first batch of cold lobster claws were so salty. Not sure was it a mistake or deliberate. The second batch was not as salty as the first. Tbh, Most of the dishes tend to be on the saltier side. Service was good. The staff refill the water quite frequently. Not sure if saltier food requires increase water intake. Desserts were good, both the normal and Christmas ones. Bread pudding and lemon basil choc mousse had me go for seconds. Also, I quite enjoyed the selections of cheese and condiments.

Was here for a company lunch and for Singapore’s buffet standards, it’s acceptable. However, wished there were more choices especially for seafood and dessert. The Indian cuisine was the best for me. Lunch costs $71++ per person. And for 2 hrs, you can probably eat 5-7 rounds. Pretty good space around the restaurant too. Complimentary parking given up to $12 per vehicle. Good spot for company/family bonding.

Great place to eat an international buffet spread! Great place to enjoy good food including our Muslim friends as the food is halal-certified. Has a widespread of desserts, sashimi, international food, Indian food, salad, warm/cooked food. One of the best place for a buffet in Singapore. Sumptuous meal indeed. If you find the price affordable, it would be quite worthwhile:)

Here for a company dinner and felt it was a great international buffet choice. It is one of the few halal hotel buffet choices which caters for a diverse group. Thought the food choices were pretty good, and the popular lines were the seafood (oysters, crabs, lobsters) and Japanese sashimi area which were all fresh and tasty. I liked the live station laksa which was particularly tasty. Good dessert choices as well. Staff were attentive and cleared plates at almost every instance the food was completed. They open sharp at 630pm and is always relatively crowded and packed.

Lunch buffet was excellent. Although there is a large crowd, they top up the food regularly so that patrons can enjoy the variety of food served. Love the ambience.
