Really solid pizza. The mozzarella had that perfect cheesy stretch, super appetising right out of the box. The fried chicken looked a bit unusual at first, but wow, easily better than KFC. Crispy on the outside, surprisingly juicy and fresh on the first bite. Somehow everything disappeared within minutes. Absolutely delicious.

Ordered 4 pizzas on the phone as I couldn't use the online portal. The guy on the phone gave a free garlic bread as I am not able to collect points for being a member. Appreciate the thought and the pizzas was good. It didn't take too long either which was great.

A big shout out to Vicky from the Bedok outlet who swiftly delivered my pizzas after my order from Grab food messed up and deconstructed my 4 pizzas. It was unrecognizable and i had a party of 20 to feed. I was so upset with the Grab delivery but Vicky's immediate service recovery was something i had to commend. SO, a huge thank you for your kindness and service!!! Kudos to Canadian Pizza! Thank you once again, Vicky!!

Order took 2.5 hours to arrive — over an hour late — and naturally, it was stone cold. Paid $7 extra for stuffed crust, got plain crust instead. Ingredients are cheap and pathetic. The pizza tastes awful, especially the bread — spongy, bland, and frankly inedible. I wasn’t expecting Italy, but this is hands-down the worst among all pizza fast-food chains in Singapore. No idea how this brand still exists except that people here must have tragically low standards to put up with such garbage service and food. And to top it off, it’s overpriced. Paying this much for such miserable quality is almost insulting. Never again.

Staff didn't know about the HSBC entertainer promo vs usual 2 for 1. Went for Peking duck and butter chicken. Quality is good, speed also good, placed order at 645pm, on receipt says 7.10pm then ready. Was ready by 7pm.
