Quite a reasonable steakhouse located in T4 of Changi airport. Food was quite delicious & portions were huge. Price was actually quite affordable considering it was in an airport. Service was friendly & swift. One of our soup was forgotten but rectified straightaway after we informed one of the waiter. Worth a try if you are in T4 & looking for a feed.

Nice affordable food. But I do feel they’re understaffed (went there on a Friday night). Customers were confused by the 2 queues outside the shop despite the signs. Maybe can have bigger signs?

They let me wait for 45 minutes, dinner takeaway. They said food is being prepared. After another follow up, discovered that food was not really prepared. Then they said they are busy at the moment. What the hell dude, why take money when cannot prepare food. They initiate refund which will take 1 week to receive on my card. Too much hassle. Dont waste your time here.

T4 is still quite, so many food options. This is the only 1/2 decent place in T4. Ordered ribeye, it’s alight. Service is good, easy to get seats too.

The worst steak I ever ate. The ordering system was terrible, too. It seems that staffs are not educated well to serve. I don't know what to tell, but I can tell one thing very clear. Having a meal in this restaurant is the best choice to ruin your day in Singapore.

Good value for its size. Caesar salad was $8.50, bolognese was $11.90, and complimentary mushroom soup. However, the beef bolognese was quite basic (like something I’d cook up myself at home) and lacked enough cheese. Food came out quickly (~ 10 minutes) and staff seem quite attentive. Went during weekday lunch time so restaurant was quiet and peaceful.

It is weird that we had to order the food before entering the restaurant. The baby chair was too low for the table, which was very sticky and dirty. Food is normal and prices are not cheap. Staff is quite unfriendly. No kids food served in the restaurant.

Affordable no-frills western food, with a wide option. However, the herb fish was grilled too hard that I had difficulty chewing. The char-grilled chicken was just normal though.

Food was delicious 😋 as usual, service was extremely bad as it's busy hours to entertain the upcoming customer at lunch time and they didn't even take order properly. We did order mango juice but come with apple juice but it's okay then. The most funniest and annoying part was the service of one waiter; that guy's manner should be improved. 1st he put the wrong order to our table, after we deny that he took back in rush manner then our order came. Also he just threw the stack of 4 plates to us ahead of two sitting people 😅 never place on the table properly so that we had to take it our own and serve it. OMG!!!! Any the food is good though services should be improved or well trained. 👍🏻

I always eat at Andes but I was disappointed by the corn nibbles that they served. They should return to the corn cob as before. Still the meat was good.

I ordered the grilled fish with herbs, mashed potatoes and garden veg, and orange juice. The food came quite fast for our table of 4. Taste and portion size just nice for me. Restaurants today operated with very minimum service to reduce labour. For this price level, this level of service is acceptable.

Food was promptly served. Crispy chicken was tasty but it's too oily and some of the batter was hard. The ribeye steak (medium) was pretty good for the price. The steak is available in regular and Xtra cut size (see photo comparison). Unfortunately, the gramage was not indicated in the menu. Chargrilled chicken was the best compared to all 3 types we ordered.

Ordered ribeye xtra cut, came a sirloin, asked a staff but told me is ribeye. Maybe I'm wrong but worst ribeye ever.

Fri night dinner & place was 3/4 filled. Got to have a table before ordering at the cashier. Had steak & chic/fish combo. Steak 🥩 is medium cooked nicely. Chicken 🐔 was tender & juicy but not so for the grilled fish. Both plates are served at the time & warm within 15mins after order Place is clean & tidy

The black pepper steak is actually nice , with many variety of sides to choose. Although the price is slightly high , the steak should be more for that kind of price. But worth to try when in T4

The overall experience was great - The food portioning is good and the taste is good as well. Was there on a Tuesday evening hence lesser crowd.

I always go to this branch and every time I eat here, I do not get disappointed. Staff members were nice and accommodating! The place was clean and orderly. The food was great and delicious.

Aston by Astons is the mall based chain extension of Aston Soon’s quality Western cuisine at affordable prices, which started in 2005 in a kopitiam along East Coast Road. Steaks from $20 remain affordable, with 14 outlets spread across Singapore. At Changi T4, this is the best restaurant at the terminal. Recommended 👍🏼

U see first photo u will know. Demanded a change + top up. Importantly staffs looks sloppy & not pro-active & motivated. I think pay too low, no morale to work ? Japanese restaurant beside very customer service orientated. Astons do something !!
