It's been a while since I last enjoyed Arnold’s Fried Chicken, mainly because there's no nearby outlet close to where I stay—unlike other fast-food chains. Yesterday, I visited with colleagues who were talking about it, and since it's the closest option compared to the Geylang outlet from our office, we decided to give it a try. The outlet is small and simple, but I had a great experience—from ordering to savoring the delicious food. Overall, it's the flavorful, crispy chicken that truly makes the experience memorable!

Haven’t had Arnold’s for a long time. Decided to give it a try since I’m nearby. It’s a small kiosk with a couple of tables. I don’t even see any tray return bin. But the ac there is sb strong sia. I ordered a 2pc chix ala carte ($7.40). Skin is crispy and meat is v juicy. Freshly fried! Flavor wise I still prefer kfc but juiciness and freshness, Arnold’s def wins! Not bad at all!

After years of dining experience at almost all of their outlets, I would say Arnold’s customer service is already not in the best of expectation. However, Feng Shan branch beats the rest in what I will call the worst customer experience I had encountered. I placed my simple order of whole spring chicken at 2005hrs on 29-May-26, attended by the staff (Amira). At 2015hrs & 2020hrs, I checked at the counter for my order. No staff did any courtesy check with me. 2 staff cleaned the dining area & looked at me & my wife but said nothing. At 2030hrs, again I went to the counter. Finally I asked about my order when I noticed the cook was “cleaning up” his work area. To my surprise, the same staff told me I need to wait for another 20mins. Of course I asked why. Apparently she has misplaced my order due to incessive chatting with her colleague from my observation. The cook tried to salvage by offering other meal set. Obviously I had to refused to accept a cold meal. All this while, the duty manager, I assume, did not even came out to check. Not even a word of apology from him even though he saw me standing at the counter before I voiced out. Haissss, I was looking forward to my chicken meal. Disappointed to the extreme.

First time since it moved from bedok central. Old place is twice as huge. Place is messy with receipts and plastic saucers on the floor. Ordered for 2 spring chickens took longer than usual. Hope taste is still good as before. Really dislike a good brand like Arnold's to go downhill..

Happy that Arnold's relocated to even closer to us, but service was questionable, instead of calling out for order number for collection ( which they used to) the service crew said 'na' instead.
