Very disappointing experience due to the poor service and unfriendly attitude of some staff. In particular, the lady who usually handles the packing at the rice section is consistently rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. Staff often seem very rushed when taking orders, yet customers end up having to repeat themselves multiple times because orders are not heard properly, mixed up with other customers, or packed incorrectly. This has happened on several occasions and makes the ordering process unnecessarily frustrating. The final straw was during my most recent visit. I placed my order first, and it was clear to everyone present—including the customer behind me and another staff member—that I had ordered before the next customer. Despite this, the lady handling the orders refused to pass my order to me and insisted on serving the other customer first. I genuinely do not understand why this happened. What was even more disappointing was that the other staff member, who knew she had taken my order first, did not step in to correct the mistake or ensure the order was handled properly. I have no idea why I seem to receive this treatment, but the same staff member consistently gives me attitude and often takes an unusually long time to prepare my takeaway orders. After experiencing repeated order mistakes, poor communication, and this latest incident, I no longer feel welcomed as a customer. On top of that, please also look into the quality and consistency of the sambal goreng. Customers order sambal goreng expecting the proper combination of both tahu and tempe. However, almost every time I buy it, there are plenty of tahu pieces but only one or two small pieces of tempe in the serving. This has happened repeatedly. Please be more generous and provide a fair balance of both ingredients, as customers are paying for the dish as it is meant to be served. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the service and food quality issues. The food itself can be enjoyable, but the consistently poor customer experience, lack of professionalism, and declining standards make it difficult to continue supporting this establishment.

Just had this plate of Nasi Lemak from this stall. As evident in the pictures, this is a real deal Nasi Lemak. And just to spice things up a little, It's just $4. Really the most valuable Nasi Lemak I have ever eaten so far.
