It’s our 2nd time to came in for dine.. it was peak hours and seems quite busy at that moment. We waited awhile and we manage to order our food. The malay manager (lady) assists us with our order and inform us politely that it will take 15 minutes to prepare but we waited for only 7-10minutes and along with a deepest apology from her to have kept us waiting. The food is good and will come back more.. The service and simple apology is truly a good excellent customer service. I will give 10/10 to the restaurant..

I visited this place with my family (6 of us), and we all really enjoyed the experience. Even though the weather was quite sunny and humid, the service was truly excellent. The crew were very friendly and attentive, and the manager, Ms. Liana, was especially amazing — very professional, helpful, and welcoming. The food was served fresh and piping hot, especially the fried chicken, which was crispy and served at the perfect temperature. Everything tasted great and felt very satisfying. The only small downside is that the place is not air-conditioned, so it can feel a bit humid while eating. But honestly, other than that, the ambience is really nice and the overall experience was perfect for us. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chicken tastes decent and fresh, but the restaurant is more catered for deliveries. Thus, it only has open-air seating with no air con and no fan, so it is very stuffy and hot. Strange that Pizza Hut beside has indoor seating with air con. Staff were friendly and offered good service, but I recommend to dine-in at other Arnold's outlet for own comfort.

Food: Fried chicken was a little on the salty side but skin is crispy and meat is juicy. Sides are not average. Service: good evening with a large group of students. Atmosphere: Not bad even with chatty students around. Great that it's next to Pizza Hut where we can enjoy both.
