Worst service ever. I waited for 20 minutes before going over to ask about my order. When I provided the order number, the staff repeatedly said, “not sure,” without making any effort to check or assist. Her attitude was also very unpleasant and unprofessional. Waiting is one thing, but being treated rudely when asking for help is unacceptable.

Im a regular buyer of amigos/tenderbest fried wing rice. It normally comes with rice, 4 pieces of fried chicken & a coleslaw. This shop doesnt give coleslaw but gives fries instead. Quite disappointed.

Horrible attitude from the lady cashier - told me to hurry up and order as they are closing when it is only 9pm - Did not bother to enter my order and give me a receiving number token - Upon collecting the food for dine in, when being asked if there are anymore metal cutlery left, she simple point to the takeaway plastic cutlery’s Utterly surprised that this kind of behavior still exists in modern Singapore

Food here is really undeniably good 👍 1 star rating because of poor service. Kinda sad that their service is the worst 😔 Felt kinda racist when they allow another gentlemen to just cut my queue and took his order when clearly I've arrived first 👎 If you don't wanna see their faces, just order online 😁

They don't bother to listen to your request. I ask do they have chicken breast for the lucky plate. They say have so i order. They can be honest with me. Then say can thighs with drumstick. I say cannot have breast part? Then say can have breast but give me thight. They don't care about your request and say they give you breast but secretly give you thight. Thk for the experience. Not going to buy. Other western food stall is honest at least.
