Place order according to signboard code #23 Grill fish aglio but the order system code 23 is grill fish with spaghetti . Staff ask what sauce (cream or ..) I want , told staff I order aglio & why aglio need sauce . Staff don’t understand what is aglio, also didn’t know to check order system could be wrong code, in the end wrong food. Hi boss please change signboard and train staff

Today I went to Sembawang Crescent branch. We ordered at 11am but the staff told us to wait for awhile so we ordered at 11.05am when they on the stall light. Ordered fish and chips but food was only served half an hour later and buzzer took awhile to alert. Other customers who ordered before me already collected their takeaway. Too slow for the cooking. They should have come earlier and make preparations. They should start taking orders at 11am sharp or 10.45am since there are people who eat early lunch to avoid lunch crowd. Please improve. Thanks.
