Don't bother to come here. Staff very rude. Can say politely if no chicken left, instead he chose to shout with a dumb face. You just lost a regular customer. Will never buy here anymore

Amigos Boon lay shopping centre: The old lady at the cashier was so damn rude. All I ordered was “chicken chop WITH rice” instead of “chicken chop rice”. It’s practically the same thing? She looked at me with an annoyed face and told me off with a damn rude tone, saying I shouldn’t add the “with.” She even said, “You’re giving me a headache.” err? If you’re going to get a headache every time someone doesn’t order EXACTLY THE WAY YOU WANT, maybe customer service isn’t for you. Also, i see alot of reviews from a year ago on how rude the staff are. Maybe someone should seriously look into this matter.

I ordered a aglio olio steak, the guy with the coloured hair packed and gave me a chicken bolognese. I had only realise when im home and I had to go back to the store. I gave them back their wrong order the coloured hair guy read the recipe and didn’t apologise. But its okay, then afterwards he put the chicken back on the stove and didnt even bother making my noodles hot or replace it with a new one. I went back home and i realise he gave me the same noodle with the steak but its the still wrong order because i ordered aglio olio. Partially my fault for not checking my orders again but mostly the stores fault for making my orders wrong TWICE especially after he read my receipt.

Horrible attitude. Short Chinese guy. Very rude, I ordered aglio olio. He gave me tomatoe sauce pasta and tell me that’s how Amigo style. Total rubbish, if that’s he’s answer, he prepare to close shop. Very terrible attitude

Amigos Boon Lay the staff was bloody rude. The small guy with coloured hair. I asked for burger than shout SHOUT to me "FISH OR CHICKEN", I got shocked so I shout back to him, why you shouting, then he cools down, really bloody bad service. I was having fillet chicken spaghetti and burger. The burger horrible presentation and fillet was good but the spaghetti was horrible taste. I'm not going to eat there again including all my siblings and families. That the first time and the last time. May God bless your business unless you improve it. Adios Amigos
