I’m truly not happy with one of ur staff who claimed she’s new in this service line. Firstly she was not interested in serving us and I called her multiple times she ignored our call. I wonder how could you hire someone who is not interested in working in Tiz service line. Every each of ur customer is important, how could she treated us like nothing. Hope there’s an action taken before I viral this issue to the top management. Hope you can cooperate with us thank you.

Ive waited for more than 35 mins for my food. My coffee has became cold by waiting and they seem to have more waiters than cooks. This is really insane. You have a huge dining place but u are unable to cope or support the large crowd. This is really bad i wonder how long the rest will wait for their food. Maybe 40 mins? 50 mins?

i understand there are many people but even new customers got their food first than me. i waited more than 30minutes for my mee goreng seafood even though staff said it'll take 10-15minutes. when i came back arnd 30mins later, i saw them JUST taking out the noodle to start cooking! RIDICULOUS!!!

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the price for a fried kembung fish white rice and a packet of dhall curry... without vege... it's cost 6.50 for a person. if vege was added 6.50 is reasonable... really disappointed and the staff over the counter also knows almost 2 times a day for breakfast and dinner I will buying frm the shop... pls consider about price charging... if this happens many times ALSHAHIRA will be losing a lot of customer's.... thank you

I couldn’t really find chicken in the roti john (chicken). Chicken bits were really small, I would have just gotten Roti john (egg). Price difference was $1 but i really couldn’t justify the amount of chicken in the dish. Staff admitted the chicken in the dish is in small bits, but seriously though how much would it cost to add some bigger pcs of chicken. The store looks newly renovated but the floor feels greasy and slippery.
