Food is reasonably good. Reason for 2 stars: ordered bee goreng and apparently it’s $4.50 (instead of $4) because there was a fried egg on top. Other bee hoon goreng variations had Ikan bilis, ayam and mutton were priced at $4.50 on their menu. (Unfortunately I did not take a pic of that) so I asked the person how come it’s $4.50 for bee hoon goreng and if the rest of the variations were same price. She says, no, the rest are $5. And when I ask how come I get served an egg I never ask for (and why should it come as extra charge), the prc did not respond. Come on, don’t be so cheap skate. If you want to charge it, make sure the charges are known and that the customer is agreeable to it. This is outright dishonesty. Be very careful what you are paying for , before you pay.

Excellent and Fresh Prata! Relaxing neighbourhood vibe with the freshest and fluffiest prata. The fried chicken briyani is great and the curry has the perfect level of spiciness, perfect for dipping those piping hot prata! Special shoutout to the iced limao which was super fresh! Price on point and the staff are very friendly. My go to Indian fast casual eatery choice for sure!

Old sch prata shop. Didn't order much only 1 prata with 2 egg. Didnt order the normal.. plain or 1 egg. Was quite sure they will give me one tat was made many hours ago... The curry at the counter.. the fried chicken... Especially the long beans... Looks like cooked very long. Prata is so so... Non crispy type. Just a quick bite and left.

Finally gave this restaurant a try, after decades passing by it. The furnishing appear unchanged for decades! Generally very, very tasty curry. The mutton curry was exceptionally flavourful and meat very tender. The Prata is not the crispy type but it does complement the curry well. Friendly and 24hrs service!

From Japan to Singapore, I didn’t get any meal because I think my ticket did not cover any food and beverages. The flight lasted for 6 hours. By the time I arrived, I was so hungry. Luckily, we booked Hotel G Singapore, and this restaurant is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. They offer a wide variety of delicious food, and the service is quite good. Most importantly, you can have a generously sized, delicious meal at an affordable price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at Hotel G Singapore or in the nearby area. The food here is simply amazing!

Decent late night spot - open 24/7 👍 We went around 4am and there were a few tables of young people eating here and at the restaurants next to it but no wait time which is good. We ordered the cheese egg Prata, mutton curry and chicken biryani. The Prata itself was nice and hot, soft with slightly crispy bits on the outside. The mutton curry was a bit salty but went well with the biryani as the rice itself was slightly bland. The chicken was the best thing here, flavourful skin and the sauce pairing had a nice light kick to it. The hottest dish was the Prata, everything else was lukewarm at best. The limau ice was delicious and refreshing to have with the meal. The limau with plum was similar but with a salty kick from the dried plum. Overall tasty meal but nothing to write home about. Prices have also gone up slightly compared to the older menu pics on here. It is now a blue menu with mutton curry being $5, chicken biryani at $7.

First of all, the staff in this restaurant are very tourist friendly. Had a lot of patience explaining the different curries on the display. We've encountered lots of grumpy locals when we eat, and this place is different. Now the food, I would say is also tasty. Great place to have breakfast. Thank you again for a good experience and good luck!

First time trying this popular spot during lunch time. I just ordered mee goreng $4.50 and despite rush lunch time they served it very fast. Portion is okay. Not too big/small. Taste okay. Recommended to try if you are around. I saw other people ordered prata and briyani.

Was craving for maggi goreng and found this place online. It was delicious and reminded me of my late-night mamak sessions with friends back in Malaysia.

This my go to halal restaurant in Singapore. Not a Michelin Star level, but I really like the food and atmosphere here. Most importantly, the service is excellent. Love how most of the staff are still really attentive to all customers even in the busiest hours.

Eaten twice in 2 days here.. Its so nice nice for a quick hot tea and a prata or something more substantial if you hungry.. The prata are super fresh, soft and tasty... We also had nasi goreng ikan billis, chicken biryani and prata... 2nd time just some prata and a piece of fish. Staff are happy and polite, tables clean and lots of fans.. Great value for money

very friendly halal indian-malay food vendor, just beside bencoolen street. only tried their biryani rice with fried chicken, pompadom, pickles and curry for a quick lunch after praying time, turned out to be a wonderful lunch, very friendly staff explaining what best here, even at busy hour. good place for relaxing a bit after long day of strolling around singapore. definetly come back if i'm in singapore to try other dishes.

Open til late or 24 hours i think. So this place is perfect for late nite diner. Nothing fancy but comfy enough to enjoy the food. A bit noisy however. It’s super pack with people when we came. But we managed to get a seat easily. Located in the corner street near bencoolen area. Good size and portion. It’s flavorful. The biryani has good aroma, the chicken is tender. The mutton biryani is also delicious. Curry taste is delightful. And i love the papadum like cracker. Affordable price.

It's a 24 hour halal Indian food in Bencoolen area. You can eat the various curry dish with rice or prata. And it's very affordable

I ate here more than a care to admit at 3am half drunk. This restaurant somehow churns out amazing food 24/7. You have to order the mutton biryani with roti prata. Add a piece of fried chicken with a blueberry drink and for under $15 you've just eaten the best food of your life.

The Maggi Goreng was delicious and a tiny bit spicy. The chicken donburi was very good and mild spicy. The prata was amazing and I will be back for more! Atmosphere was nice sitting on the street side.
