this is our first-time trying this restaurant, the waitress was patient enough to explain their menu and how to order. good service! and even check out on us after some time whether we like her recommendations or not 👍👍 try their dry beef noodles with thick noodles! it's superb! noodle so chewy. yummy!

Lamien = handmade noodles Lanzhou is a Chinese place where has famous beef handmade noodles 🍜 In this restaurant, they provide several of noodles type from fine to broad noodles , that has different chewiness, and up to your preference The soup base was refreshing and sweet, with tad of secret spices , authentic! I liked the Chili too! Added $4 to make the noodles to set, which comes with braised egg 🥚 (very nice) , a side (6 varieties) and a can drink 🥤 Staff was attentive and caring, the Chinese auntie saw i was struggling to distribute the noodles to small bowls, she offered scissors ✂️ to cut short the noodles 🍜. There is just 1% service charge (if i was not wrong). Thus you need to order and payment over counter , collect your drink and side, but noodles will be still served by them. We went on around 11 morning. Had already few tables inside and after us , there were more coming. It’s a halal certified restaurant

Consistent food quality! Had my meals here several times and the noodles were Very delicious. If you like firm handmade noodles, you will love this. Loved the soup too!

love their noodle selection...i suggest try the smallest one. they cook the noodle perfectly. I ordered the mala soup, it was not really strong as i expected, decent taste and will not burnt your mouth.

I'd recommend both the sauerkraut beef noodle and mala beef noodle (not that spicy). Super delicious! I love the wide selection of noodle types (get the small flat noodles). They also have a display at the counter with examples of their noodles to help you decide.

For around S$15, the set meal I ordered was good value for money. The braised egg and cold black fungus salad were good starters or palette changers from the soupy beef noodles. The beef is thinly sliced and tender, noodles are freshly made and springy, and soup mixed with the chilli oil is hearty and comforting on a rainy day.

First time patronising this place, won’t be the last. Was having a bad case of sore throat and wanted something soupy. Went for the Signature Beef Noodles (L), thin noodles. Soup taste clear and nice, soothe my throats.

You better to refine your T&C or list all of the details at the counter. Bring kid, even aged 2, you want the kid order a meal independently? If the kid is more than 6, restrict the large bowl sharing is make sense. Many buffet restaurant in Singapore has this rule, we understand. But your place never indicate the age limitation. T&C didn't display full in the counter. And staff never mentioned this during order.

Second time here and it’s always a good experience. The outlet is able to retain the same taste and quality. The person serving is also very friendly. This time around I bring my parents and sisters to have a taste and they love it. Will definitely come again.

Ordered signature noodle dry one. Their soup and noodle is nice. Beef is dry. Vege is so little for L size. I ordered large size set meal, it cost $20. Side dish is good but it was too big portion for just eryngii mushroom. It would be great if they can give us 2 or 3 kind of side with smaller portion for each. I felt a bit overpriced for the meal and the environment.

Just 2 things and you will be satisfied - the noodles and the broth. There are several different types of noodles to choose from, depending on your liking. The noodles were handmade on the spot, and its texture was simply spot on. The broth was just umami sweet!

Ordered the signature beef noodles (small /$10.9). The noodles are silky smooth and beef slices were of the right thickness and texture. I would go easy on the soup though as it’s a tad salty and there was MSG after-effects. Overall, a great meal for a rainy day!

The best beef noodles I ever had. The chilli oil sauce is very nourishing and fresh. The beef stock is excellent too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their service are very prompt. Well done 👏
