Trying Bali Thai after a long while on 15th Jul. Decent taste. Service was ok. But be sure to act fast if the server is cleaning your dishes. There's still half of the food in the plate and the server wanted to clear it away luckily we stopped him. Maybe he can asked if we still want it before trying to clear it.

Was hunting for an indonesian restaurant, like Sanur, I used to patronize years ago. Was surprised to find a chain that had a good mix of thai and indonesian favorites! The grilled fish and tahu telur were excellent, tasting exactly how i remembered them! The fried glass noodles, literally flew me to Thailand. The tom yum soup lacked punch, likely needing more acidity. The grilled chicken and cuttlefish, were ok, but would prefer a heavier taste. Service was great and the environment was 👍. Oh, tapioca with coconut cream dessert was a good finale to the meal, delectable.

Visited 2nd time here.. Authentic Thai restaurant all foods are awesome and many varieties in beverages and desserts. Place is cosy and quite clean space. Must try the beancurd with egg fry..

The quality and quantity of the dishes is absolutely good. There's free rice refills, the waiters/waitress were friendly. They would inform you if any dishes were sold out. I would suggest you to buy the Tahu Telor, as the dish was perfectly cooked. It's crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. It's the best Tahu Telor that I've ever eaten. Another tip is, DO NOT go during dinner time as it will get very crowded. Try to make sure your schedule is available for the timing between Lunch and Dinner. That's all. Hope you enjoy the food!

Amazing food! Their lunch promotion is very affordable with 3 courses. All of which had large portions and generous servings of prawns. 15 plus plus per person. Recommended to try their pad thai, sweet and spicy, very good. Even their thai milk tea is thick and not diluted. Their service was good too, very fast and efficient. They promoted their lunch promotion with enthusiasm.

A nice restaurant where best of Thai & Indonesian food can be feasted. A separate Vegetarian menu with options of no-onion & no-garlic makes it a great choice for those Veg / Buddhist patrons. Loved their appetisers, soup, pad Thai & deserts … hot lemongrass drink is a must have. Friendly staff made our lunch special.

Food is good. Service by most of the staff is terrible. Only one young lady was very nice and friendly. The rest of them couldn’t even smile. Ordered the food, wen the food came… just leave on the table and walk off without even saying one world. We don’t come there to eat for free. We pay for the food and the service. Especially wen you charge so much for a bowl of red curry that had hardly much seafood in it for $24 dollars. Train your staff to smile at your customers at least.

Went for a National Day dinner for 2 at about 5pm. It was not crowded and I walked in. The restaurant was very kind to consider my suspected allergy to prawns and suggested options for me. The food came really fast and there is not much I can say other than it is very good! I would love to go there again. The place is very clean.

We visited Bali Thai on a Thursday for dinner, the walk-in wait was immediate. Ordered Glass Noodle with Crab ($15.80), Nasi B Keluak Set ($15.80), Thai Prawn Cake ($7.40 for 2 pcs), Blue Pea Flower drink ($4.20). The Nasi B Keluak Set was fragrant, Thai Prawn Cake was normal nothing outstanding, would say give the Glass Noodle with Crab a miss as the Crab didn't taste anything like a Crab/Crab cake. Blue Pea Flower was interesting and pretty. IMO not worth a visit just to try, if happen to be nearby then yes. The service was great for us. This place is ideal for small to big group of family/friends.

Too open, a little more privacy would be better. Food is good

Pepper chicken seems they used frozen chicken which was not fresh enough.I think we pay sufficient for fresh chicken. Pandan leaf chicken was good.

My first time visit this restaurant, quite good service, food was served fast. I ordered their sotong bakar, pandan chicken, clear tom yam seafood and stir fry oyster kailan. I also take away their pad thai with chicken satay. Overall food was good but yam need some improvement. Price wise if got Citibank discount 10% min $80 spending , not sure if expensive or not, cant really judge

Have Bali Thai at Causeway point. The curry prawn is very nice, tahu telur is ok but a bit cold, ayam panggang bali is ok but a bit small. Overall food is ok, but portion rather small for the price we paid.

Feels that sadly the place has deteriorated. The food which used to be Super Nice now Looks and Taste Mediocre. Trust my Picture(s); how was it my red Ruby which used to be in a bigger bowl and better presentation, now looks as though its shrank and diluted/melted..... Katrina Group any Comments on this??

Didn’t have to queue here! Food was average/not bad, but felt some items like the grilled chicken is too expensive for the portion. Didn’t find this so value for money
