Visited this place for lunch on a Saturday. There was amazingly no queue and food was served promptly. Service was great from beginning to end. The staff posed a friendly demeanour, from cashier right up to the servers. The ambience was nice and warm. The crowd weren't noisy though we were all seated quite close albeit tables apart. Food was great as always. My family and I felt so welcomed and had a comfortable meal. Thank you to the team here! 😊

There’s usually a queue at dinner timing. It moved pretty fast though. Or maybe it’s because I brought my kids to check out items while my husband is queueing, haha. Their food is good. Don’t underestimate the spicy chicken chop. It is very spicy. My kids enjoy their hickory BBQ chicken and for sides: baked potato, Mac and cheese, potato wedges and fries. 3 sets are great for 2 adult and 2 growing kids.

Food was good and pricing was not too bad. Customer service from the outlet manager definitely has room alot for improvement. Though understandably they are trying to follow covid-19 measurements, there is proper way to communicate with commuters and diners. Especially when other members are in the queue. The waiters and staff there are friendly, fast and are at your service.

Went on a weekend around 2pm. There was a short queue. Everything from queuing, paying, and serving of food was smooth. Ordered the fried chicken. I think it was probably fried a little too long but everything tasted good along with the grilled chicken.

The food is nicely prepared. The grilled chicken is well cooked and remained its tenderness and not being hard. The staff is also attentive to customers' needs. Overall is a present experience. Keep it up!
