Visited this place for lunch on a Saturday. There was amazingly no queue and food was served promptly. Service was great from beginning to end. The staff posed a friendly demeanour, from cashier right up to the servers. The ambience was nice and warm. The crowd weren't noisy though we were all seated quite close albeit tables apart. Food was great as always. My family and I felt so welcomed and had a comfortable meal. Thank you to the team here! 😊

There’s usually a queue at dinner timing. It moved pretty fast though. Or maybe it’s because I brought my kids to check out items while my husband is queueing, haha. Their food is good. Don’t underestimate the spicy chicken chop. It is very spicy. My kids enjoy their hickory BBQ chicken and for sides: baked potato, Mac and cheese, potato wedges and fries. 3 sets are great for 2 adult and 2 growing kids.

Food was good and pricing was not too bad. Customer service from the outlet manager definitely has room alot for improvement. Though understandably they are trying to follow covid-19 measurements, there is proper way to communicate with commuters and diners. Especially when other members are in the queue. The waiters and staff there are friendly, fast and are at your service.

Went on a weekend around 2pm. There was a short queue. Everything from queuing, paying, and serving of food was smooth. Ordered the fried chicken. I think it was probably fried a little too long but everything tasted good along with the grilled chicken.

The food is nicely prepared. The grilled chicken is well cooked and remained its tenderness and not being hard. The staff is also attentive to customers' needs. Overall is a present experience. Keep it up!

Went around 1pm+ for lunch, no queue and the restaurant was quite empty. We settled down at our table and ordered and payment made our food using the table QR code. Food served were pretty fast too. I ordered the Lemon Lime Chicken at $11.90 nett with 2 sides - Mac & Cheese and Potato Wedges. Chicken was so tender and it was a great match with the lemon lime sauce. The portion was reasonable too for this price. Mac & Cheese was so so, somehow it was a bit tough. Potato Wedges was nicely fried, crispy on the outside and soft inside. It will be good when the food is served, the staff will place the condiment on the table.

Nice halal place to eat and try some western food. Pasta was too sweet to the normal taste. Ambience is good and place is quite on weekdays after lunch time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good place to visit to open fast during Ramdhan. There are many outlets in Singapore but someone told me that not all are halal. (To confirm).

Overall a disappointment. While the Grilled Chicken was good, the "Teriyaki" part was basically them serving in addition a saucer of diluted Teriyaki dipping sauce. Marinara Spaghetti was lacking flavour as well. Root Beer Float was clearly diluted with water AND actually found large chunks of Ice shards INSIDE the scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. No.

Thank god one of the female manager in green saved the day and she was sincere about it when I told her about the done-ness of the steak. But when they redid it it was still not complete and as a diner we are also kinda shy to ask them to redo it once again so I just kept quite about it. To my surprised the same manager came to us on her own accord and took charge of the situation and offered us another cut of steak instead and it was on the house which made a whole lot of difference. At first we didn’t want it as we lost our appetite but she insisted and I’m glad she did so and it turn out to be great. I wanna share this story if mine as I feel such thoughtfulness and proactive-ness is so rare and it is nice to have experience someone to take charge and acknowledge the error and find a solution to it as well. For the longest time finally someone “fought” for the customer and it really made our day. So to that female manger who I regret not taking your name I just wanna say you are perfect 👍 Not only professional but also a real true great human. But ya don’t try their promo club steak. It actually a t bone steak. Others should be fine.

If you're seeking an economical steak menu and chargrilled chicken, IMM Jurong is the ideal destination. They offer delightful combo deals featuring steak and chicken for just $25, perfect for sharing between two individuals. However, the ambiance inside felt dimly lit, possibly due to insufficient lighting or a deliberate choice, which was a drawback for me.

Went there for dinner on a Saturday evening. The q is long so need to wait for a while for you to be seated. Self order via apps, quite easy and fast. Food quite nice and waiting time for the food is reasonable. Ordered ribeye steak, black pepper grill chicken chop and add a few bucks to make it a meal that comes with soup and drink. Quite worth it. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Been here before, food is good as usual. Tasty and still affordable considering the side dishes it comes with. Service is brilliant. The manager deserves recognition for her hard work and the ability to solve some issues that occurred while making the payment. She managed to solve it without causing discomfort to us. Even gave us free soup as we had been waiting for quite some time due to ordering issues. She definitely deserves recognition. The other crew members deserves recognition for their hard work as well. Definitely will come again for sure, thank you everyone! Keep up the good work!

Chicken was nicely done up, food was served quite promptly except for one dish, which the staff seemed to have missed out and had to be reminded. A fairly noisy place that's not conducive for conversation. Eat-and-go type of eatery.

Besides having tried Astons at Suntec, this is my first time trying Andes. Very disappointed that the standard of the food at this IMM branch was not on par with Astons. Even hawker centre western food tastes better and much cheaper. Will not return.

Don't ever try the club special. It was advertised as a 400gm steak and one should reasonably expect some weight to be from the bone. But in reality, what is left after cutting out the huge bone is mainly fat and gristle with a small serving of actual meat - Actual meat amounted to less than the discarded fat/gristle shown in the picture. This would have been fine if the actual meat tasted good. But no, the meat was quite tough and tasteless. And no, the black pepper sauce didn't taste any better either. Potato wedges were decent though, but the onion rings were soggy. Certainly not a meal to be enjoyed, but rather, to stave off hunger until the next course. First and last time.

Nice food as usual. Use QR code to scan for menu and order food online but couldn’t. Approached the staff, was told that their system have issue and couldn’t allow iPhone user to make payment online. Not sure if other customers faced the same problem when using their iPhone to order and pay online. In the end, I have to walk to their counter to make payment 😏 troublesome…
