I just found my new favourite restaurant in Jewel. TASTE: I have eaten at several Thai food establishments across the island and Sanook Kitchen is one of the best ones. The food is extremely delectable, bursting with flavour. My favourite is the green curry chicken. This is how a perfect curry is done, a little thick and viscous, perfect with plain white jasmine rice. Note, please order more than 1 plate of rice when ordering curries, the pairing is just too good. SERVICE: Customer service was fast and efficient. After writing our orders down, we got all of food within 10 minutes, that is really good for any restaurant. They staff are also polite. PRICE: Everything is really affordable and wallet friendly, you will not be shocked by the bill. Some main dishes range from $6-$9? That is really good considering this is a beautiful restaurant at Jewel. RECOMMENDED: If you are craving Thai food and happen to be at Jewel, this is the restaurant to go to. Absolutely lovely meal.

i was there for my dinner on 12 Oct...my first time trying out this restaurant. ordered the promotion "feast for 2" and red ruby as dessert. all i could say everything is delicious. spices and flavour are on the dot.

A really great family dining option. We ordered many dishes and each of them have their own distinct flavour. Green curry was really delicious and rich with flavour. The steam tastes really fresh and comes with really good broth Eating as family of 4, portion was enough We were lucky to be seated next to the fountain in jewel, changi airport. Really great view and ambience to complement the food. Else might have been quite dim and stuffy within the restaurant itself Would have preferred a larger table so that we can plate more food comfortably without jostling for space Restaurant bills us service charge of 10% but we get such little assistance with menu descriptions, recommendations or even order taking. Wasn’t even offered water. Good place for family dining, would visit again for another occasion

Good food. Reasonably priced (considering it's in Jewel). And the staff were all very nice. 👌 Will definitely come back.

I went to have lunch at Sanook Jewel yesterday with my family. Our first time there. Highly recommended! Food are all sooooooooooooooo delicious. SUPER DUPER GREAT customer service. Been to other branches and I'd say the service in this branch is better compared to others. Food wise, it is tastier as well apart from the fish which is hard to chew. If you are lucky, there are 2 tables that directly can view the Jewel waterfall unblock.

Good location. Can be easily found at level 3 if coming from arrival t1. Price is higher compared to their other outlets in the city. But the serving portion is plenty. Food taste is the same. Variety is the same. The ambience is good. Overlooking jewel's iconic fountain. Service staff are mostly attentive. They offer free popcorn and service water that you can take by yourself.

We were at this outlet on 12 June 2023 to celebrate our Mom’s Birthday. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing meals ever. Lousy service, average food. Only slight consolation from the vegetable dish. Ice water is complimentary but my parents preferred warm so we requested for 2 cups of warm water. To make matter worse, we were charge S$1.00 for 2 cups of warm water and the waiter did not even inform us that WARM water is chargeable. When we were settling the bill, we informed the cashier that we were charged for the warm water without the waiter informing us. We asked for a waiver and was rejected. The cashier simply gave the excuse that the waiter is new. BAD experience and will NEVER EVER patronize any of Sanook outlets anymore. There are so many better Thai food options around everywhere so we can live without Sanook entirely. We will just stick to our favorites - Thanying, Basil Inn @ Downtown East & Nakhon Kitchen. Sanook, please provide proper training to your staff and teach them to inform customers beforehand if water is chargeable.

Good place to grab a quick meal before your flight. The queue is much shorter than other restaurants at Jewel. Their food is of average quality, but they are currently offering free popcorn.

Food taste is good and pricing is affordable. The stir-fry beef kailan has awesome "wok-hei"...👍👍👍...highly recommended. I like the Red Fish Tomyam. Not too spicy and just the right richness in the soup. The chicken was a bit too over-fried in my opinion and tasted really tough and dry. The aroma was captivating but the taste wasn't. Still, I would definitely want to go back to try other dishes.

Having dinner with my wife and 2 kids, when suddenly my 8 month old baby puked quite a bit. The staff immediately assist me in cleaning up the baby chair, floor etc without me informing. Told me to calm down and let her do her job. Thank u for that. Truly appreciate it.

Rarely do I empty a bowl when eating noodle soup, but I wasted no drop of soup in their Roasted Chicken Chop Boat Noodle. Seriously, it’s that addictive! And it’s value for money too. I loved how they added basil leaf as it added fragrance to the bowl. I was fortunate enough to be seated near the lit-up Rain Vortex in the evening so dining in here was a delightful experience. Perfect for when you’re starving and just in need of comfort food after a long walk through Changi Airport.

Thought I was wrong for ordering Clear Tom Yam Soup. I usually had tom yum with red-coloured soup. It turned out as the best decision. Totally suits my taste bud (dominates by sour flavour, and med level of spiciness). Combine with steam rice. And honey garlic chicken for extra protein, as well as to get a sweet flavour. Perfect combination. Honey chicken fried rice is good as well. Buttery but not too salty. Just perfect. And they serve like a flash. Suitable for quick-proper lunch before boarding.

There was a queue but we were quickly served a table. Ordered our usual favourites and the food came in good portion (more than enough for 2 persons' serving). Atmosphere was great too as we got a seat with the view of the fountain. A good place for family meals as they accomodate to big groups too! :)

I don't normally like Thai food, but Sannok Kitchen has changed my mind . Ordered the set and the Beef noodles , all tastes suit my palate , not too spicy and sour . They even offer free pop corn . Price is reasonable, and service is good .

The kitchen is located in Jewel and is close to the Jewel itself and you can see it whilst you are done in the restaurant. The staff was nice and also efficient. Menu-wise, you have got something to choose from. We ordered their Tofu square, prawn cake, beef slice meatball, and cashew nuts chicken. The tofu square was delicious! There was the right crustiness of the outside of the tofu, the softness of the tofu inside paired with the sauce and nuts. The prawn cake was delightful! We enjoyed it. It was tasty, and the flavours burst into your mouth. The cashew nuts chicken was also lovely. The taste of the sauce with the nuts and chicken was perfect. I have not tasted the beef slice meatball but it was definitely worth a try to taste it. They have a QR code where you can order and they will serve it straight to you.

Lunch with a view..!! Opt for a table at the terrace overlooking the indoor waterfall. Not only that, in our opinion the Sanook Kitchen branch in Jewel offers food that stand out from other branches. We ordered pineapple rice and pad thai, they came with big prawns and big sliced squid and fish, a generous seafood portion relative to the rice/noodle. The glutinous rice in mango sticky rice was served warm and soft, and the mango is sweet. Kudos to chef and staffs.. we had an amazing lunch experience with affordable price.

We were lucky to get our seats in less than 10 minutes too😃on 5 April Friday we went again but we had to wait a longer time as it was breaking fast period, there were more people this time round and waited for more than half an hour
