Visited this place. Not big but cosy. Only upset is there is no air-conditioning. So it's a little warm Service was alright.. u order pay sit down and wait. Waffle comes warm and crispy with fresh fruit. The berries was sweet and so was the peaches and banana.

portion is pretty generous! the milkshake is super thick and creamy ~ just a feedback, the lasagne is slightly doughy! pasta is great but needs to be more richer! the service was great though, it would be nicer if we can order from the seat! but other than that, great experience. place needed more ventilatilation / aircon, but that could just be the mall's location issue! overall, recommend!

friendly staff is serving. vanilla ice cream was tasty and waffle was a bit crispy.my kids enjoyed. this shop is very small and limited sheets. that is a bad point

The portion was very generous. I only have my friend's banana split sundae photo, I ordered a Royal choc which I regret not taking a pic because the chocolate chips was a lot! Really worth the money. The cashier/server Taq (sorry, didn't catch the full spelling, I only linked it with Taufiq but it's not), was very attentive to our needs and offered a bottle of water on the house because I was too full to order a cuppa. Will come back for the waffle, the next door had it and looked so good.

Topped with caramel sauce, sprinkles of biscoff biscuits and double scoop of ice-cream, it's a real lovely treat!

Not bad! I love their honey ice cream and this place is quite legendary at Northpoint for more than a decade I think. A bit pricey but once in a while spoil yourself!

After all the souffle pancakes, i still go back to gelare's good old fashioned waffles. Good waffles, nice ice cream!

Waited 50 mins for a waffle ice cream. Went to the counter to asked why is it so long. Told me to wait another 15 mins. Only serve when I said I wanted to cancel order. Undercooked waffle with 50mins wait. To be honest the one opposite them is so much better. Don’t serve waffle ice cream if you can’t make a proper cooked waffle.

Was not welcoming at all, had to wait for 55mins for the waffles to be ready and when it was served, the ice creams was all melted, didn't even looked appealing. Receipt didn't show the correct amount as well. Won't be coming back to this outlet
