Good food… good service. Waffle was really good. The popcorn waffle pizza was really good. When I canceled order cz I was full with my before order itself the crew there was very kind to cancel the order. The HOT chocolate out of the box

Tuesday has half priced waffles :) I ate on a Tuesday! The mint is nice and I enjoyed the hot waffles. The place is also nice. Just wished the ice cream serving is a little big bigger because it’s pretty small :/

Didn't enjoy my experience here at all. The food took an hour to come and when it came, the waffle was not hot and very soggy already. Everything was just heated up in the oven ie. The fries, chicken, popcorn chicken, the waza ... The mushroom soup was extremely diluted and tasteless. And the ice cream were melted when it came.

I feel that Gelare was not like how it used to be before. Or maybe just the outlet itself.Service was slow and can see there were others who are still waiting for their food .it took like 30 to 40mins for food to arrive.Staffs didnt set up the table properly.didnt provide utensils at first, need to ask & when given,its not enough.need to ask for more.Portion is so small for the price. Even a kid wont feel full.For the waffle pizza,i guess its not a good choice cos it became soggy cos of the sauce & melting cheese.Overall, its just too expensive for the amount of food received + the service + the after dine in experience.Will never come again to Gelare.

I love this place 🥰 The coffee is thick & nice! Their serving of the banana boat ice cream is generous, unlike the other famous ice cream place that have outlets in Lena’s- little & expensive! Staff are friendly and accommodating. If really must pick an issue that will be the seating arrangement as it is. But squeezed 🥴

Ordered 2 waffles. The lady mentioned that double scoop ice cream is $11+ which is wrong. She did not ask us if we wanted whipped cream, topping or sauce. Terrible service esp when the place is so empty and there's only 1 table apart from us.

The food was really good, especially the waffles. Didn’t take picture of the Aglio Olio, but that was really nice as well. Will definitely come back again 👍🏻

Everything was great and the service was excellent. Red latte (promo item) is well brewed and both mac& cheese, also lagsana was cooked to perfection. With a fresh sip of passionfruit tea being served first. 👍🏻 There were three staff. Sherrine and Chan, both gave such a warm welcoming smile. Their body gestures were polite, patient and kind. The new staff Chan maintains his good greeting & verbiage! And it was really nice to see such kind environment at work. Well done everyone. Keep it up with the great teamwork. You guys were awesome.

Crispy waffles with amazing ice cream. Had waffles with vanilla bean ice cream. Highly recommend their vanilla bean ice cream. Friendly staff with good services. Nice ambience to catch up with friends over desserts and coffee. Will definitely come back again.

Gelàre is definitely my go-to cafe for decadent dessert waffles. The waffles here are made to order, delightful crisp on the outside and sticky-soft inside. My personal favourite would be the Chocolate Chip Waffle. And for the chocolate lovers, pair it with a cup of mocha for the best indulgence experience. Adding on to the overall pleasant experience are the friendly and attentive service by the staff, making it a place I'll definitely revisit.

Lovely atmosphere. Staff were quick to serve and ordering/paying with the QR code was seamless. We ordered 2 waffles, one with Wild Strawberry ice cream and the other with Honey Malt Crunch. Waffles were nice and fluffy. Ice cream was not too sweet.

I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s very consistent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food is great for snacking and dessert. It’s a convenient last minute go-to place! I would recommend :)

This is go to restaurant for us when it comes to waffes. Tastes amazingly delicious. Service could be much better though. It easily took 15-20 mins to get our order even though it was not much crowded.
