While most stalls are closed in the food centre and wet market - this stall is where you can find nasi Padang!! Possibly once Zam Zam and today is ZHAM ZHAM MUSLIM FOOD. For nose to tail lovers , enjoy the mutton innards and liver here - I would just take away the dishes, very delicious and tender. You can call in to pre-order, phone number updated or check out the photo 👇🏻

We where here 2 times in a week. First time we had the bryani chicken and the beef murtabak wich tasted really good but probably i got sick from the food and had to spend 48hours on a toilet , and when my girlfriend went there a second time for a chicken murtabak it wasnt good at all and she got a bit sick from it.

The mutton biryani had a nice delicate fragrance but it was still milder than most stalls that I have tried. My partner liked Zham Zham's subtle taste while I prefer spicier biryani. Price of this take-away meal is S$6 which included a packet of curry gravy.

Briyani or Biryani rice not tasty, not soft. Food not wow. You do not need too much ghee. The flavours come from spices. Chicken Briyani not fantastic, chicken not soft neither flavourful. Mutton Briyani not tender neither soft. Fake or not, the original Zam Zam also has degraded in tastes and flavours. Heard probably change of cooks.

Their Mutton & Chicken Dum Briyani is Si rocky awesome and it was an excellent mouth watering combo was to pair up rye biryani with Mutton Ribs Dalcha,, The Chicken liver masala, Prawns curry and fried chicken and fried fish is the best in Tekka Market. Our local Malays enjoy the mutton ribs dalcha from this stall in particular. No other stall is close in making such a delicious mutton dalcha in Little India. For those Briyani and Mutton Dalcha lovers, u will not be dissapointed. Make a trip there and enjoy the sumptuous lunch at Zham Zham Indian Muslim Food.
