⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service Despite the Lunch Rush! Popped by the Popeyes outlet at West Coast Plaza (#B1-48/48(O)) during the hectic Sunday lunch peak to grab some comfort food. The storefront and ordering kiosks were bustling with customers, and the kitchen was clearly managing a very high volume of delivery and dine-in orders. Despite the intense rush, what really stood out was the incredible attitude of the staff. The team working the counter and managing the floor remained remarkably calm, highly efficient, and incredibly patient with every single customer. It’s rare to see a fast-food crew handle high-pressure peak hours with such a welcoming and composed demeanor. The Food I ordered via the self-service kiosk, taking advantage of their fantastic International Fried Chicken Day promotion, which featured 5-piece chicken buckets for just $10.90 each. We got two 5-piece buckets to share: Classic Fried Chicken: Perfectly golden, beautifully shattered crisp skin, and remarkably juicy on the inside. Spicy Fried Chicken: Packed that signature Louisiana kick with just the right amount of heat built into the crunchy batter. Even with the kitchen slammed, the chicken was served piping hot, freshly fried, and not overly greasy. Final Verdict Great value, perfectly executed fried chicken, and most importantly, exemplary service from a patient, hard-working team who kept their cool under pressure. Kudos to the West Coast Plaza crew—I will definitely be back!

Dining at the restaurant is quite comfortable. Lots of seats. Upper and lower decks. Place closed late at 2am. Wonderful. Apart from that the food panda pickup promotion is great. Packed the chicken burger, pasta chicken and Hainan chicken rice. All tasted great. Also ordered their fried chicken on another occasion. After heating the chicken in the oven and cutting it into bite size, the food tasted even better. Crispy and tasty. Meat , Soft and juicy. Rice and pasta portion is quite small. Sufficient for a big kid or small / average appetite person. Scone with honey is not the too wonderful. Pretty dry and tasteless. New found likes!
