Service so so, waffle is nice but no use. Staff there face so hao lian. My son want a chocolate waffle and they can't even give a plastic bag with handle to him as waffle is hot. This kind of service wish you good luck. Please use brain to think a kid wants to hold the hot waffle and yet cannot even give a plastic bag with handle. Yet is just given a plastic bag without handle.

waffles are honestly kinda mid but they hit the spot after a shift. usually get the chocolate flavoured ones and they dont skimp on the sauce. staff are on the more ?curt side but i havent had any rude encounters with them so far. orders can take 30-45 minutes during peak hours so ordering via their online system and picking up the waffles later is recommended!

Enough of the time I said I want to pay use shopback. Keep talking in chinese and i pointed the shopback app but she point the QR code to order and in a angry tone ask to order there. Rude china lady and this is a hospital and you don't have to ask all of us speak your language! Prefer previous lady who was much nicer and friendly despite her language barrier. Will not patron this place if this rude pathetic lady here.

There is one Chinese lady very impolite. We asked for one chocolate and cotton candy waffle, which is not there in their menu, she became very impatient and I couldn’t understand what she said. In the end, we found it is chocolate and marshmallow waffle. After having placed the order, my kid wanted to see how waffle is made. This lady chased us out of their store impolitely. I was very fed up with her attitude. She seemed to treat people differently and I heard different tone and saw her different face when she was serving the hospital staffs.

This is the first time I've encountered such an extremely rude staff member in all my years of shopping. I ordered peanuts and butter from him. He left without showing me the item number. When it was my food's turn, he brought me peanuts and chocolate. I apologized, saying I ordered peanuts and butter, but this lady only gave me a piece of peanuts. I reiterated that I ordered peanuts and butter. She then said I had only paid $2.10, so I showed her I had paid $2.80. This lady became enraged and directly stated that I had ordered peanuts and chocolate. This lady is completely unreasonable. This is a minor matter; if she had spoken politely, I would have accepted it. Her rudeness is appalling, and I will never shop here again.
