We arrived at around 720pm, thinking that we had sufficient time to gather the necessary. One of the staff was nice enough to inform us that they are closing soon. We respected that and tried to hurried ourselves. However, not a minute after the reminder, the lights were partially turned off. 1. This is rude. 2. We acknowledge that they were going to close. We ignored that thinking that it was a normal occurence. What wasnt normal is, a bald male staff, harshly said "excuse me" in malay and were pushing things around unhappily. That itself is a rude act. Whats worse, we got home and found out that on google, the shop was to close at 8pm. As someone who worked in the customer service industry, i understand the need to do closing and it will take some time, considering there is cashier closing to be done as well. But at 720pm, doing that to your customer? Was so uncalled for.
