Many times i want to purchase the bee hoon even at 5-6pm they said sold out. You can't even cook a simple bee hoon since the shop closes at 9.30pm? The workers should stop being lazy and actually do their job.

Theres a malay male staff who is very accompdative and friendly, however my experience on Sunday 9.20am 1st February 2026 was very disappointing. I bought 2 ala noodle 1 of which I requested to add chicken wing and the other one to add in nuggets and fishball. I told the chinese staff can u help me to write/ label the word nuggets on the box . When the chinese young staff was finding a pen n pen definitely not able to be used to write on the container...u need a marker.. Then this malay staff said it loud " Complicated siah " with her unhappy face . I told her I am asking for assistance for a reason but if u cant its really ok. There's not a need to be rude. If u look at it as complicated...then complicated its will be... Very disappointing morning trip to TIP TOP Downtown East.

My guilty pleasure! Their nonya beef puffs are the sweetest savory I have had in Singapore. The employees are always kind hearted and have great conversation. The price + quality of food is UNMATCHED!

Ordered the beehoon with chicken wing and added egg. Costs s$8.40. The beehoon has onion oil and garlic flavour but it is a bit undercooked for me so it's quite dry. Needs the chili to make it less dry. The egg and chicken wing is alright. Seating is very limited as well
