Wanted to eat at Botak Jones for the longest time. Finally get to try it today. Went down on a Sunday afternoon. No crowd at all. Shop manned by 1 staff. Self ordering and payment all done from self service kiosk. Prices affordable and portions are huge. Service quite fast even though single staffed. Food came after about 15-20 mins-ish. The ribeye steak 350g was super filling and thick, grilled medium and the juiciness of the meat is perfect. Came with 2 sides. Chose the Cajun fries and mushroom soup. The soup is not the best and quite watery not the usual thick kind. The rosemary lamb chop came grilled nicely and with the fats a bit charred which I lurve 💕 took the smaller size and came with 3 pieces of lamb that was drenched in creamy mushroom sauce at mint sauce at the side. Chose coleslaw and fries as sides. The coleslaw taste ordinary and under seasoned. Could be better. Was quite surprised with the chicken salad though. Something quite ordinary actually tasted quite flavourful. The winner was the grilled chicken. Chicken was seasoned so well and not dry however the salad dressing tasted a bit fishy didn't finish it. First time eating salad without the dressing 😝 Not bad will come again and try other dishes.

Ordered the original burger and the salmon set. Very disappointed with the burger, food was cold, taste and ingredients just weren't great. The Cajun fries were great though. The salmon was also good.

Had a great feast at Original Botak Jones - Bedok Food City with my friend. We ordered the Lots of Chicken Platter with Cajun, black pepper, BBQ and original grilled chicken. Also tried the Norwegian salmon, NZ ribeye steak, baked cheese potato and the Whoopass chilli . Generous portions perfect for sharing!

Had lunch at Botak Jones after our CNY shopping at Bedok and it was such a satisfying meal. Each main comes with 2 sides, which makes it very worth it and affordable for the generous portions. We ordered the Lots of Chicken Platter with cajun, black pepper, BBQ and original grilled chicken — great for sharing. The Norwegian salmon was nicely charred outside and moist inside, and the 350g ribeye was juicy and well-cooked. We also loved the baked cheese potato and whoopass chilli — will definitely come back again.

The lunch deal is a steal - they have it lite version too, suitable for small appetite. We shared chicken (got breast and thigh options!) and Cajun cheese fries that were ridiculously good. Highly recommend for a delicious and affordable meal!
