I am very disappointed with The Meatery’s delivery service. My order was delayed without any communication. When I didn’t receive my order, I sent a WhatsApp message but received no response. I then called once, but no one answered. They only got back to me later and informed me that my order was already out for delivery. As I had to leave the house, I informed them I will not be at home and to inform the delivery guy. I placed a cooler box outside with a clearly visible handwritten note asking the driver to place the meat and bones inside the cooler box. Despite the clear instructions, the driver left the bag on top of the cooler box instead. To make matters worse, there were no ice packs in the bag. By the time we returned home, the meat was at room temperature, which is unacceptable for a raw meat delivery and raises serious food safety concerns. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to follow a simple instruction, and poor handling of a perishable product were extremely disappointing. I hope The Meatery improves its delivery standards and ensures its drivers pay attention to customers’ instructions.

Stopped by The Meatery today and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy to navigate their great selection of premium meats and artisanal pantry staples. It’s always a plus when the team is approachable and knows their products well! Heat was intense, so I grabbed a Jarritos Grapefruit to quench my thirst—it was amazing and super refreshing. As for the haul, I managed to stock up on some high-quality proteins: Beef: Black Pepper Beef, Chilli Beef, and 1/2 kg of 80/20 Minced Beef. Chicken: A variety of boneless chicken legs including Provencal Herbs, Cajun, and Crispy Chilli Chicken. If you want great cuts and a chill vibe, this is the spot! I’ll definitely be back. And don’t miss the Jarritos fridge on a hot day!

Placed an order for a steak to be delivered on 22 March. Two days before the scheduled delivery I received a call asking if it was possible to deliver that day, stating that they would not be open on the day of my order (Hari Raya) and didn't know how my order went through in the first place. They did not offer me any solutions other than to deliver early, which when I enquired about the sous vide option I had requested would take a while that they responded that the steak was 'already in the sous vide machine'. Fast forward to event day, the supposed 'sous vide-d' steak was grilled and cut, and the edges/centre were both below temp. It was clear that they rushed the order for delivery, and completely missed the mark. My guests had to slice up the steak and to cook it themselves, ruining the experience. Liked the option that shop offers the sous vide option, but if I'm not able to trust the staff, I will avoid returning.

I would like to commend your company for the excellent quality of your sausages, which were flavorful and satisfying. The timely delivery was also greatly appreciated. It is a pleasure to support a business that values both product quality and reliable service.
