Around $57 after gst and service charge for their dim sum buffet + free flow drink option per pax! I would like to commend the staff because every single one of them are SUPER nice and welcoming and very attentive as well!! I think I haven’t seen such great staff in a while… On the food option, they were plenty to go around, with iconic dishes like siew mai, dumplings and egg tart. There is also a cooking station which was serving chilli oil dumpling and laksa. Of all the meals, the laksa served was the warmest/hottest dish while all the other dishes was a tad bit cold after laying out for a while (not including the appetisers and salads, which are supposed to be cold) But still, they are delicious, and the ingredients used are fairly good. Shoutout to their salted lava bun because there’s loads of filling in there! The free flow drink was also super worth it, but it could also be causing us to be full faster. The drinks are not diluted and tasted super refreshing in the hot weather. Overall I had a pleasant experience here and though the food option can also be more, it’s still a very filling meal. We spent exactly 2 hours and honestly we wished there could be more time!

Went on 16 May 2023 with my friend. Staff super attentive. One of the staff saw me place some cooked food in a plate that contained some raw food, immediately approached me and advised me to not do so ( actually I took a big plate but only took a few fish balls only, felt bad leaving it empty so placed some mutton satay on the same plate but kept them apart). There was quite a good spread and ingredients were fresh but the scallops were too tiny and the oysters were de shelled 😫 and collagen soup base was salty for me.

Was pleasantly surprised when they served up the complimentary dessert “cage” after our dinner! Have been dining here over the past decade and contrary to some of the comments, the experience is still generally good although the quality of the seafood was a little bit of a letdown. Service level is still friendly, welcoming and warm; great job there!

The helpful, courteous and attentive staff adds to the pleasant dining experience. I appreciate the good selection of tea bags, and the soft jazz music playing in the background. They appeared to have only a few veggies such as sliced cucumber and tomatoes, though there are some fruits (honeydew, watermelon, blueberries, grapes and pineapple), and mostly meat stuff like chicken and seafood (the latter of which I’m allergic to), so having more leafy greens would be better to ensure that the guests can have a healthy balanced diet.

Dining here was a very pleasant experience. We found it through a halal eatery website, and the food was amazing! Lots of meat choices, seafood choices, YTF choices, vegetable choices, Malay dishes, DIY dipping sauces and a few choices of steamboat gravy to choose from. We got the mala (super spicy after a while) and chicken soup (not spicy). There is free flow of hot drinks, but you can also add $6 for nice cold drinks such as sirap limau, calamansi, etc. After you’re done with the steamboat, there will be dessert served to you. Just tell them that you’re done with the steamboat and they will bring out the dessert. You can also have ice cream from the ice cream tub! A really great first experience for me finally getting to eat halal mala in Singapore :)

They use to have dessert buffet which I was looking forward but it has become a high tea set. Their dessert is really good. Especially their durian pengat!!!!! The dessert now is still goo but not satisfying enough. I like to eat more sweet than savoury. High end halal steamboat buffet. Best for converts as steamboat is not exactly a Muslim fav food as they are not use to eating hot hot soupy stuff. They have a variety of foods and even have hot food. They have a live prawn section too, where they catch the prawns from the tank and make it into herbal 'drunken' prawn soup. Their laksa soup is light and tasty. Not the usual katong kind that is thick and heavy flavour. The collagen was alright maybe short of something that cant be compared with the non halal version. After cooking for a while both soup became very salty and undrinkable.. so a suggestion do drink more before adding all the food. I really love the laksa soup that I drank a couple of bowls. I love that they also have lamb slices so that's a plus for me. Would go back again if have halal friend comings.

Dine here twice. Its a steamboat buffet style with two choices of soup. Ofcoz there are some other cooked varieties. Muslim friendly. It is halal. There is a room for prayer in one of the function rooms nearby. Service is par excellence. Especially by one of the staff, Angel or Angelia. Serves the guests with highest regard. Shows professionalism, pride and happy to serve the diners. Always serve with a smile. You can see her smile eventhough she is wearing a mask. The customer service shown by the staffs made the whole experience wonderful.

Only downside is less options for buffet spread. Mostly frozen. Would love if they offer fresh oyster.less selection of meat. More veggies. Would not recommend it.

Not worth the money, even with 1 for 1, it’s still almost $40/pax. Food choices were limited, items were always empty and not refilled promptly. Seafood/Meat were all frozen type. Not what I expect from a hotel buffet. Herbal prawns no consistency. Took 2 rounds, and the soup tasted so different each time. It was still good though. Desserts, were fancy, durian puffs not bad. Nothing else to brag about. Refer to pictures for disappointment.

A decent place if you are looking for a Halal Steamboat Buffet. The soup base is good and on par with other hotpot places. The staffs are all friendly and very attentive. Yusof and the team did a great job in bringing a great dining experience to my friend and me. Will definitely be there again.

Indulging in an exquisite Iftar celebration (from 1st March to 9th April 2024, 6pm to 10pm) at M Hotel Singapore's The Buffet Restaurant was truly a delightful experience. The specially curated menu, filled with a wide variety of delicious dishes, perfectly captured the essence of Ramadan and the spirit of togetherness. ❤️❤️ From the comforting Turmeric Kampung Chicken Broth to the flavourful Oxtail Assam Pedas and Bubur Lambuk, every dish showcased the culinary expertise of Chef Nazrin. The addition of his innovative creations such as the Gurney Drive Beef Burger and Ayam Kari Kelapa Goreng added a unique twist to the traditional Iftar spread. 👍🏻😋😋 The Live Station offerings of Mutton Ribs Gule, Slipper Lobster Petai, and the Premium Sliced Beef Platter were highlights of the experience, providing a burst of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. The desserts, including the Musang King Durian Cream Puffs and Crispy Banana Fritters, were the perfect ending to a sumptuous meal. 😍😍😍 The ambiance of The Buffet Restaurant, combined with the warm hospitality of the staff, created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that made the Iftar celebration truly memorable. It was a joyous experience to share delicious food and create lasting memories with loved ones during this holy month. Enjoy a special promotion where you can dine with four people but only pay for three, with a minimum of three paying adults. This offer is valid from 1st March to 9th April 2024. Price: Sunday to Thursday @ S$68++, Friday & Saturday @ S$78++. 🤩🤩 I highly recommend experiencing the Spirit of Ramadan at The Buffet Restaurant for anyone looking to indulge in a diverse and flavorful culinary journey that celebrates the rich tapestry of cultures and traditions. It is an experience that truly embodies the essence of togetherness and celebration during this special time of year. 🎉🎉

Halal buffet with promotions during weekdays! Quite a lot of selection, Love the durian cream puff and “ramly burger”. The only downside is when you purchase the free flow drinks you can’t change the drink.. only can choose one type of drink. Overall had an awesome experience there with my friends!

We came for the iftar hotpot buffet. Seafood was fresh and meaty (live crab n prawn). A good spread of food. Desserts was also nice. Staff were very very friendly and accommodating. Always make sure we are not short of anything and all our requests were fulfilled. Even suggested us their best dessert (musang king durian puff). With certain payment cards, u get buy 1 free 1 deal. Definitely a very worth it deal. We had a great buka puasa feast today. 😍

A wonderful yet pricey first meal in Singapore! It was our first time having hot-pot so Yusuf showed us what to do and explained the process. So nice to have everything halal. The collagen soup and the tom yam options were delicious. Be prepared to pay a lot for the whole experience!

Located at level 2 of M Hotel, with seats overlooking CBD street view. 1 for 1 hotpot buffet with specific bank promotion, excludes public holidays. 2 choices of soup base. I upgraded by topping up $9 to collagen broth… a tad too sweet for our liking. Mala broth decent, but won’t wow you. The stars here are the fresh selection of hotpot ingredients- fresh oysters, blue crabs, prawns, clams, beef belly, lamb slices, chicken slices & wings, variety of green vegetables & fresh mushrooms, last but not least a good selection of noodles. Self service sauce station available, but no vinegar though. Non hotpot items were decent too. Stewed ox tails, nangka sago desserts, and MSW durian puffs were the highlights of the night! Self service coffee and tea available. There are options to top up $6 for unlimited soda drinks too. Worth the money to dine in a posh hotel setup with 1 for 1 deal.
