Bought a coleslaw but when i went home, i realised the coleslaw had a sour smell like it had spoiled???? Bought it not even 10 minutes ago. Waste of money and time. Highly do not recommend purchasing from this store

The cook was sitting there playing with his phone, clearly there were no orders but he told me I needed to wait 30 mins. How parent company fish & co allows such service quality levels is puzzling.

Hands down the worst fish and chips i ever ordered. Firstly, it is so greasy and for what? The fish strips are so small for this price, typically this portion I could finish but it is so greasy and ended up puking afterwards due to the grease. Secondly, the old auntie at the front, I am really curious if I even did anything to you, in which i'm sure I did not because you started raising you voice unnecessarily and is really not needed to answer a simple question. Greatly disappointed. Sauces and utensils wasn't even provided till requested.

Came back after a long time cause the food is good. Really expensive. Had to wait quite a bit.The lady at the counter is really something else. Really rude...I think she said something loud as I was leaving no idea what. I think I'm not the only one echoing such thoughts on this shop. Will be avoiding.
