Pork-less Thai food. So I decided not to order the basil pork and ordered the green curry instead. And it was one of the worst green curry I’ve eaten. It’s watery and flavorless. Chicken had the frozen taste and they changed the recipe (for worse). There’s no basil, no Thai round eggplant, no Thai pea eggplant seeds, and no spice. Instead, they use cabbage which contains lots of water and turned the curry even more watery. The Tom yam soup is basically tomato soup. It lacks any flavor. Basically one of the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. Maybe suitable for children since it’s indirectly mild.

Q up for maybe 5 mins. Ordered and was told fried rice need to wait awhile. I'm ok with it and went to take a sit after making my order. 35 mins past. I went back to check up on my order. The cashier speak to me ina rude tone, "when you order I told you 20 mins right?" I was stunned. First of all she did not say that it will take 20 mins. Secondly it's been 35 mins. I told her that I've been waiting for 35 mins and show her the time that I ordered printed on the receipt. Went back to sit and they call me up 5 mins later with my order. My food arrive and the fried rice is super soggy and soft. Don't think they use cold rice to cook? I'm not sure. But the experience and the meal is horrible. Wasted so much time and end up it's not even good. And I got attitude from the lady.

Bad experience, waited half an hour for 2 simple dishes and it was below sub-par. They say you get what you paid for, if that's the case I should have gotten this for free. Focused on grab orders, ignoring the long queue, no time take order don't do grab thanks. Hehe. Anyone who tells you the food is good is probably lying.

Went to their new outlet at Northpoint City food court. Will not order from them anymore... Ordered the honey chicken rice, firstly there was minimal honey taste, secondly there was hardly any chicken at all, mainly fried flour and some chicken skin that pretended to be chicken.. and it was so hard to chew like 漏风 i wonder how long they placed it before serving.... lastly, the price is $7.90 not inclusive of takeaway fee, for this amount I definitely don't expect such low standard... Very disappointed, what a waste of money.... Will not recommend, please read reviews before ordering!

the cook took initiative to ask me wat i want to order when the lady was busy with somethng else. pineapple fried rice was quite big portion but with only few pcs of chicken. no cashew nuts but many raisins n mini pineapple slices. they gave me a small container to put chili upon my request, chili quite nice. the dish was abit oily. nxt time maybe i will try their tom yam soup. *new* - tom yam soup quite nice.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Thai lady got my order wrong. I asked for Chicken Tom Yum Soup but she gave me Seafood Tom Yum Soup instead. After I clarified, another lady gave me a screw-up face and reluctantly retracted order. My husband ordered steamed seabass with rice. The food took more than 30mins to be ready... :( Throughout the situation, all staff spoke Thai amongst themselves as though ridiculing me. I am very sorry for all of them. You are losing your customers at this outlet if you keep up with this kind of service.

I purchased pineapple fried rice at this place, waited for around 30 minutes, which was okay. However, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. After cooking for a while, they attempted to clean their station with soap, as it was a mess but the soap ended up splattering everywhere. I was particularly disturbed when I saw soap on the condiment bottle in the picture, not to mention the exposed tub of eggs and ketchup. Anyway they continued using it despite seeing soap on top of it. Some food agency should seriously look into this

The quality of the food is acceptable (well-seasoned and cooked) for the price, but not special enough to justify the waiting time and portion size. Waited for 45 minutes just to place an order. Was not given an estimation of waiting time (which would have been helpful in letting potential customers know if they would like to continue waiting). Waited an additional 40 minutes for the food to be served. During that time, delivery orders were prioritised instead of taking the orders of customers waiting in line. At one point there was a whole line of ready delivery orders on the counter, while a long queue of about 10-15 people waited unattended to by staff. The kitchen looks understaffed and unable to manage the bulk of over-the-counter orders together with delivery orders. Staff were understandably stressed and brusque with customers, which made for a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Telur Thai is the worst ever Thai food I had tried. Ordered Pad Thai came out totally different and not authentic.

At the time of writing this review, Telur Thai (Hillion Mall Kopitiam) received an average review of 2.2 stars. There were many 1 star reviews. Is the food really that bad? I visited the outlet on 4 Feb 24, but did not immediately write a review. Upon noticing the plethora of 1 star reviews, I felt I ought to weigh on the topic. Some of the 1 star reviews were directed at other Telur Thai outlets, not the one at Hillion Mall. My wife ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice, and I ordered the Golden Pad Thai with Egg Floss set. For a top up of $4, you get the set which comes with a small bowl of Tom Yum soup, as well as fried spring rolls. I remember my wife commented that the Tom Yum soup is quite delicious. For me, the Pad Thai was decent. The Egg Floss is not something that I've eaten with Pad Thai, but I think it enhanced the flavour profie of the entire dish. Not the best Pad Thai I have tasted, but neither would say it was anything less than decent. My wife also said the Pineapple Fried Rice was "okay". I suppose we would give this 3.5/5 for taste. Neither of us had any problem with finishing up every last morsel of food on our plates. No complaints about the service as well.
