The middle aged man at the cashier does not want to be there. He looks angry that he has to work. Utterly impatient and doesn't respond when I asked him a question, just stared into the distance. I'm appalled by the blatant disregard and disrespect for customer. I'm not looking for service but at least some common courtesy would be nice.

Staff went missing for a good 20mins. came back again to buy for my son and realized the staff was hiding behind and playing his phone. when we wanted to purchase he gave a straight face and seems unwilling. donuts are nice, but the experience to purchase would be 0 stars if Google review allows.

Excessively sweet and was aghast to see a thick coating of sugar when taken out from the paperbag, unlike those on display. The texture was not the softest and definitely not worth the premium price. Once only. Never again.

Krispy Kreme donuts are good as always but what I can't understand is the reason behind straight faces of the staff and why 6+1 offer is not applicable on original glazed? Why this discrimination for the original glazed lovers 😄... Finally it seems absurd that if you order 6 donuts you will get a nice box packing but upto 5 donuts order will be individually packed in paper? Not sure if the cost of 1 box is more than the cost of 5 paper wraps but any order above 2 should have a relevant sized box for packing... That would be more customer centric and easy to carry for take aways. I hope someonw from Krispy Kreme reads this and considers the feedback in a positive way.
