A convenient and lovely experience at Sunday Splash – Canberra Swimming Complex! Sunday Splash at Canberra Swimming Complex is such a convenient place for me and my family, especially since it is just opposite our home. Friday evening, around 7:30pm, my husband and I decided to try their hotdog buns and ice cream, and we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was really fantastic and enjoyable. I would also like to compliment the young Chinese lady who was working there. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and polite. What impressed me most was how she managed the shop by herself. Within about 30 minutes, at least six customers ordered ice creams, hotdog buns, pies, waffles, and other items. She was handling the cashier, preparing orders, and serving customers all on her own. Although some customers had to wait and I noticed a few people sighing because of the delay, the young lady never once showed an unhappy, frustrated, or overwhelmed attitude. She remained friendly, calm, and professional throughout, and served everyone with a smile. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and dedication. However, I hope the management will consider increasing the manpower during busy periods. Having an additional staff member would help provide faster service for customers and, more importantly, make the workload more manageable and fair for the employee. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely be back to enjoy the food and ice cream again. Well done to the young lady for her wonderful service! 👏😊

Was here on Sat 9:15pm to try the ice cream for the first time. Was asking a yong man how certain flavour test like. I asked if it taste like chocolate he agreed. Ok. I also dk whats the name la. Then when i ask if Strawberry Milk Flavour fest like got sourness or not, he said he dont know??? I think the management can improve by making sure that all the works know how the ice cream taste like? I means we cat sample the ice cream, so at least the worker should know. LOL In the end i got Honey stars, so so only.

Went here with my family for a night ice cream session. Aida was so helpful in taking our orders and attended to us as quickly as she could. Though the rush may have overwhelmed her but she remained professional. LURVEEE

it’s hidden so it’s if you see it, you will notice if you really look around. quite nice and cosy ambiance, very instagrammable to those who loves to take pictures however slightly pricey but it’s nice However the lady who serve us needs to be more friendly thou, doesn’t really feel welcome.

Customer service from this girl in the picture is really commendable! Very polite & well mannered. Drop by for a swim w my mother n stumble upon this ice cream shop. My mother entered the shop first while I was away in the toilet, English isn’t my mother’s first language yet the staff was able to speak dialect w my mother. Was pretty busy when I entered but staff was able to handle the crowd alone n thank me for waiting. Downside is that we can’t try n sample the ice cream beforehand so the staff tried her best to describe the taste to us haha. All in all, prices seems pretty alright, good chill place to drop by for ice cream.
