Our first time coming here for lunch buffet and it was a pleasant one! You can choose either grill or soup. And you can add-on premium as well as free-flow drinks (with or without desert). We opted for both so that’s about $15+ on top of the grill we choose. I like how the portions are just nice for 2 pax, so we’re not wasting anything. Food tasted really good; good quality. The grill was amazing, first time we experience a rotating grill. So, the food tends to cook a lot faster than traditional ones. Loved the mango salad and tom yum soup!! Though the customer service can be improved but, overall it was a great lunch.

V Limited Choices. Price Wise Still Acceptable. We Only Top Up Drinks @ $2.90 Per Pax. Soup Base Sweet Basil Chicken Soup Taste Weird. Dont Reali Like The Octopus & Lobster Ball. Wat I Like Most Are The Chinese Spinach n Thai Milk Tea. Service & Clearing Of Plates Quite Prompt Therefore Left A 4/5 Rating.

The Filipino manager is the problem in this store. Talk so fast and expect us to understand what you are saying. You might as well don't talk. This manager got attitude problem, should send for counselling. The rest of the staff attitude are much more better than him. We were kept reminded by him that how many more minutes were left. Annoying to the max. Won't return visit for sure. Expensive experience.

Reasonable pricing with basic spread, decent enough from its price point. Opt for Clear Tom Yum & Chicken base & the tom yum one is extremely flavourful. The meat is very tasty even without the dipping sorts. We topped up $4.90 per pax for free flow drinks & desserts. Drinks choice: Thai milk & iced lemon tea, lemongrass drink Desserts: Thai kueh, thai mango sticky rice, assorted fruits and ice cream. Disappointments: Assorted fruits: was expecting with options of oranges, watermelon etc. However, the service crew told us that they only have small whole apples. Cheese tofu: has a soggy and mushy texture despite cooking it properly.

Quiet on a weekend dinner timeslot. We tried the Khaosoi and Red Tomyam soup bases. Both were pretty good and rich. Meats are conveniently ordered via the QR code and a reasonable variety of other hotpot ingredients. The only downside is the table design???? Its impossible for guests sitting at the inner sofa seats to exit if the table next to us is occupied. The table is blocked by a wooden flap. Poor table design.. so do request for the tables next to you to be empty. Good to try once.

Service was good! Always helping out to clear the empty plates and also checking in if everything is fine. Food was average. There should be more choices of marinated chicken & beef. However, whatever given was simple and full-filling as well. My friend and I came with the restaurant almost empty which is a plus point for me cause I would prefer it to be less crowded. Atmosphere was good as well.

We had our company lunch here, food was fresh and the Tom Yum soup was great! It's a lunch buffet so we could have a free flow of drinks and meat! There was a good variety of veges too. Not to mention the Thai Milk Tea was authentic.

We came in a big group to celebrate someone’s birthday. This kind and energetic staff named Margaret were constantly checking up on us and making sure our experience was nothing short of perfection. She always looked out for the needs of the table and never fails to smile and make all of us happy. She is definitely an asset to this company.

Not worth. Service sucks. Buffet style but sauce plate , vegetables plate , drinks station with empty tanks. Cutlery all have food stain or even tiny bits of leftover stains. Service crew doesnt seems to care. Ordered my meat and rice but didnt serve until i ask them about it.

Full disclosure: they request for you to leave a review before you leave, so take other reviews with a pinch of salt. The price was 36.70 for regular on a friday night, and i honestly don’t think it’s worth it. Ordered tomato, laksa, tom yam, chicken ginseng. Better soups were prob the ginseng and tom yam. The drinks of lemon grass and thai milk tea was not bad, but they didn’t refill the no sugar lemon grass when it was finishing. A lot of the food seemed SUPER frozen, taste was average/meh. The items you order eg meat had those some v thick cuts, but some others like belly were not bad. Wish there were more fruits too

Loved this outlet at Khatib Home Team NS. The service by the staffs was excellent! Was greeted by the staff at the entrance. They even recommended us hot picks from the menu. I would highly recommend to my friends & family. Will surely return! Thank you suki² khatib!

The team was dealing with Dinner Rush, all seats were filled, and they even seemed understaffed. BUT, we felt taken care of and were always served with a smile. Always have a great experience whenever we are here. Food's savoury, choice of soup is awesome, dessert is sweet! Hernawati, Wei Jie, Tommy, Shawn were on duty and it was a pleasure to be served by them. Highly recommend for 2 - 4pax!

For the third year in a row, I've chosen this place for our annual special occasion, and it never fails to impress! Hernawati provided outstanding service, being incredibly attentive and assisting us promptly. Her speed and efficiency were remarkable. I can't wait to return next year for another delightful experience and feast on their delicious tom yum soup! Highly recommended!

Quiet Place for HotPot On a weekday, this place is very nice and quiet for a reasonably good hotpot lunch meal. The basic $$22.90 gives you unlimited selection of beef, pork, chicken, and other ingredients for the hotpot meal. Top up $10 for premium ingredients. The first round of meats that came were very good. The 2nd order of wagyu (available only under premium) was not quite as amazing, though, as it had a lot more fat than meat. The waiter offered to change the plate of wagyu for me. Drinks are included in the package deal. This includes lemon grass, lemon tea, and Thai ice milk tea. Overall, it was a very good deal at a very reasonable price. I do recommend this place.

Went tonight for dinner with our family, 24 of us. Even with our group, it's quite a smooth flow setting us up on our tables and taking order. All staff were very accommodating and friendly. Meats came fast after we ordered, clearing of dirty plates were prompt and every staff made us feel welcome. Kudos to floor staff!

Food is always great! The Tom Yum base is unquestionably a must-try. Brought two separate groups of friends on 18 January (I was asking why I couldn't make a reservation online; I was unaware of the 1 for 1 promotion, longer waiting time as the queue was crazy. But aside from the good food, Mr Raj's service is always worth the wait!). He also gave us a warm and kind hospitality today, 25 January. So that we could enjoy eating and chatting at the same time, he moved us to a very comfortable area. Highly recommended. 🤩 Thank you for the excellent service from Mr Raj!

Made a booking for 17 people for the farewell party of a colleague They arranged a good number of tables for us and took order and served the food really quickly Food tasted good, the premium menu was worth the top up, ate many plates of salmon and wagyu! The jelly dessert and mini cakes are also really nice Everyone had a great time! Tommy and Hernawati were both really helpful and friendly!

Paid around 40 per pax for lunch. Got the Mala and Tom yum soup with the premium grade items. I think it's not bad. It was alot of food without adding on anything. We didn't get anything extra though you can ask for more servings of whatever premium stuff you want. I wish there was better variety on drinks like Thai milk tea atleast. The drinks available at the time was just rossele, iced lemon tea and lemongrass tea. Pretty disappointing. The Mala isn't that spicy. It's like a level 2 at your normal Mala hotpot. Would I come again? Maybe but probably wouldn't get the premium and just go for the regular lunch

Paid $230++ for 3 adults and 3 kids To me, very not worth it because this amount is not inclusive of drinks at all 2. And it is very noisy on that day. There’s school activities I guess. So the whole shop is shouting. 3, food choices is very limited 4. It is more ex than the Ala carte buffet

Halal! I love the Tom Yum soup base and they have a variety of seafood options. Plus the drinks have no added sugar — you can add yourself. I made my own chendol! Shawn, Nurul and team were very accommodating and ensured our needs were all met! Would come back here again.
