Service was okay and can definitely be improved. We were informed that we had to place the order and not pay via the app. We were also questioned if we were using any vouchers. Food was okay, 3/5 Thai food. Steamed fish was the best dish that night.

Their kitchen seems very inefficient. Restaurant wasn’t totally full but waited 40-45mins for two dishes. The hor fun was tasty but too salty and even the kids’ set meal was salty. Won’t visit again.

We had an enjoyable dinner hosted by Siam Kitchen for our team of 17. While the service speed could be improved, the overall quality of the food was good. The ambience was cozy, and the entire team had a great dining experience there. Green Curry and Stingray are a must try.

Omelette was a little on the oily side and French beans were a little too salty. Other than that, food was great, service was good.

All 5 star experience to this restaurant. Moreover, we are assisted by Theva, a big group of people with a patient Theva, running around serving us and doing cashier as well. Keep it up Theva!

Very kid friendly restaurant in the neighbourhood. We come here almost every weekend. Friendly staff, good food and service. Highly recommended.

The pad thai and pineapple rice were alright. But the green curry was too salty. I wonder the chef added double dosage of salt. The lemon grass drink was too sweet.

The food was amazing and we finished it in less than 20minutes. I would like to praise the employees in this outlet Shawn and Raymond. They were very kind to us. When our food came, Raymond even offered to help us take a group picture without us asking. It is hard to find such top tier service in restaurants these days. If u were to visit this place, u should definitely try the sharing platter and sea bass in lime and spicy sauce, it is much better than other Thai restaurants in my opinion because of their authenticity. I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Visited a few times and I must say the service staff on duty, Shawn and his team, are very friendly and efficient! I really enjoyed the sweet&sour fish with rice, and basil chicken rice, though the rice portion of the basil chicken rice could be improved! Overall great experience! Would recommend!

I would like to specially commend Shawn and Raymond for going the extra mile in enhancing our dining experience and treating us with warmth, comfort, and hospitality at Siam Kitchen @NSHOMETEAM KHATIB. The attentive and knowledgeable staff Shawn and Raymond added a personal touch to the evening, ensuring our every need was met with a genuine smile. They absolutely deserve a pay raise. The elegant presentation of each course was a feast for the eyes, enhancing the overall sensory journey. This restaurant truly epitomizes excellence, making it an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable gastronomic adventure. Above all, I highly recommend everybody to give this awesome eatery a try. Thie is our 5th time here, and the standard has always been immaculate and impeccable.

Shawn our waiter was very warm and friendly . Took some pics of the family, but we're bit shy to post. We had a deepavali night out and advance bdae celebration. Food is up to standard. Especially the tom yum and banana dessert highly recommended. All good 😊

There were 11 of us celebrating our dad’s birthday, food and services was really great! Shawn was there to serve us with patience, he and his colleagues work well together. Would definitely come back and recommend to come to this outlet 👌🏻👍🏻

Came Yest For Dinner. Tink The Guy Who Served Us Was Named Shawn. His Service Was Superb, Attentive As Well. But The Thai Milk Tea Was A Big Disappointment. Mild Tea Taste, Diluted N Not Sweet At All. Even Pasar Malam Thai Milk Tea Tasted Far Better N Alot Cheaper. Heard Beside Table, A Guy Oso Complained About It.

We recently dined at Siam Kitchen Khatib and had an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was delicious, showcasing authentic Thai flavors. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by Raf and also Shawn. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate made the dining experience truly enjoyable!

Went here on Thursday evening, there’s no crowd at all. Food was really good & got my cravings satisfied(especially the tomyum noodle seafood soup). Looking forward to come here again soon!

Despite the large crowd and constraints on manpower, your team, especially yourself and Nurul, went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a wonderful dining experience. Had dined in at Siam Kitchen @ Khatib several times and I must say the food quality is very consistent. Worth tbe money spent despite it being on the steep side. Have tried most of their items and everyone always enjoys them! The starter platter is much more value for money and you get to try more items! Pandan chicken and satay is simply delightful. The mains are all good, especially their fried rice - love that they're accompanied with pickled sides so the meal will not be surfeiting. My concern would only be that the drinks are too sweet (milky selections such as thai milk tea, milk coffee, bandung) and the cups can be bigger for the price. Too much ice and too small a cup for $4.90-$5.90. Desserts are delicious but can be improved further. Chendol and red ruby is good! The fried banana is not always sweet. Had ordered 3 times and twice received banana a little tough and not too sweet. Today's order, fortunately was perfect! Tapioca needs the sugar syrup reduced by ALOT! too sweet. Need to balance the syrup and coconut milk for this dish. Would suggest serving the syrup and coconut milk separately and diners can add them according to their liking instead? Ambiance is nice for dining with family and friends too! They provide baby chair and cutleries for families with young kids. Food always comes out quick and they make an effort to inform us when waiting time can be long due to the crowd. Very pleased with Syah's attentiveness and good service when i dined twice here. She even helped me to sign up as a member so I can enjoy $5 off my meal. She was the only staff that went the extra mile to inform me of this perk. Another staff, Nurul, even came running to the front counter from the kitchen when she saw no one was tending to us to make payment. Kudos to the girls for their exceptional service and the chefs for their quality cooking! Hope the company reward them accordingly :)

Shawn was very thoughtful and helpful even though we have a lot request in our food changes , He made the effort to help us check with kitchen and confirming our food came on time and the food was delicious!

Walked in to amazing tomyum smell. Restaurant was clean and nicely spaced out. Food was yummy and arrived pretty quickly. Our server Shaun was very attentive and made us feel very welcomed, despite us arriving close to their last order. We felt comfortable enough to crack jokes with him. Overheard the manager gently and patiently correcting staff when they made errors, which created a nice supportive environment. Will definitely recommend a visit, especially for their value-for-money lunch sets from Mon-Thu.
