The male staff are always so friendly and helpful making the Tampines Downtown Line Subway my favourite outlet to purchase my meals. It is perfect for takeaway after exiting the Downtown Line MRT.

I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. The staff informed me that the portion served was “three tablespoons,” yet none of the scoops were even filled to the brim, and the cup was clearly underfilled. Portion control should not result in customers receiving noticeably short servings. At $4.20, customers are entitled to a consistent and fair portion. If three tablespoons is indeed the official standard, then each scoop should at the very least be properly filled and served consistently, not partially filled and significantly below expectation. I trust that proper steps will be taken to review the portioning standards and staff execution at this outlet to prevent similar situations from happening again. I look forward to seeing meaningful improvement rather than a generic response. Tampines mrt outlet 22th Feb 2pm
