I’ve visited a few times now, and unfortunately the experience with one female staff member hasn’t improved. She often comes across as quite unfriendly, and seems unwilling to wait for the bread to be properly toasted I’ve never been served bread that’s actually crisp. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has been consistent enough that I felt it’s worth mentioning. If the owner happens to see this, I hope this can be looked into, as it does affect the overall experience.

Edited Dec 2025 - Had been a supporter till my last order I diarrhea badly, suspect the meat is bad but they still kept and served it. Unsafe food hygiene can be so dangerous to people with weaker health. Hope they will not let this happen again Original review from months ago: The usual subway fare but store is well kept, clean and comfortable, place smells good and clean, with ample tables and power points for laptops, comfortable aircon, not stingy, good scenery outside of Hougang greenery. Good staff courteous. A good place to meet client.
