⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway outlet in Hillion Mall (Petir Road). On 11 July 26. There was a promotion advertising a 6-inch sub, a 16oz drink, and a cookie for S$6.50. I wanted two promotional sets, but since I wanted both sandwiches to be made using the same bread, I asked for one 12-inch Veggie Delite, cut into two 6-inch portions, instead of ordering two separate 6-inch subs. If this arrangement was not eligible for the promotion, the staff should have clearly explained that before processing my order and given me the choice to proceed or change my order. Instead, I was charged S$16.50 without any explanation. When I politely asked why I had been charged differently from what I expected, the staff member became rude, loud, and dismissive. I felt intimidated and uncomfortable, so I decided to leave rather than continue the discussion. A simple, polite explanation would have resolved the matter. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was in the wrong for asking a legitimate question about the pricing. After reading reviews from other customers, I noticed similar complaints about customer service. Although I can only speak about my own experience, it has left me with little confidence in this outlet’s commitment to customer care. I will not be returning to this branch, and I have advised my family members to avoid it as well. I hope Subway Singapore reviews both the customer service standards and the way promotional offers are communicated, so that future customers are treated with respect and informed clearly about any pricing differences before payment.

14 May, 6.20pm The guy who provide me the sauce initially put very little, so I ask him could you put a little more. He squeeze the whole sandwich with sauce, look at this… I talked to him, he doesn’t even bother to look or reply me. What’s this?

I felt really disrespected during my order at **Subway**. When I asked for vegetables, the staff member responded by shouting “I know.” I stayed calm and polite, but while I was simply looking at my order being prepared, he shouted again, asking, “What are you looking at?” I understand everyone can have a bad day, but in a professional environment, it’s not right to speak to customers like that. That said, I truly appreciate the other staff member who handled my order politely and helped ease the situation—thank you for that 🙏 I enjoy eating at Subway and the food is always good, but experiences like this make me reconsider whether I should visit this outlet again.
