One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I entered the shop, pressed the service bell, and when the staff member came out, there was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. The first thing she said was "What do you want?! Despite this, I placed my order because I was hungry. After the sandwich was prepared, I waited at the register to pay. The staff member ignored me and continued preparing her online orders. When I politely explained that I was in a hurry and asked if I could make payment and take my sandwich, she simply replied, "Wait," and carried on with her preparation. There were no customers ahead or behind me. Feeling completely disregarded and disrespected, I walked out without the sandwich. Customer service standards definitely a failure and I will never walk into this store ever again!

Consistently delivers sandwiches toasted when I DID NOT order it toasted. When reported to Grab, they intercepted my request to make it right and lied to Grab that I did order the sandwich toasted. Will not order from you again. This has happened more than once.

PATHETIC portion and they left out my tuna and cheese from my tuna salad grab order? You can judge the portion for urself. How the hell is this worth $10.30?

I came to this subway two days in a row for breakfast. This branch is clean, and the service is very friendly and prompt. It’s nice to have a good subway nearby for a balanced and healthy breakfast!
