Found this place on one of my walks. The tiny eatery offers a huge menu, and it makes me nervous just looking through it. Settled for mutton mutabak, but I had trouble looking for the mutton bits in it. The prata was crispy, but if it’s going to be a mutton mutabak, then perhaps they could make the mutton more prominent. Total damage $11 for the mutabak and $2 for a can of Coca-Cola. Not coming back.

Nice mutton briyani! Poori also available here for those who are tired of prata and naan. The prata here is quite average in my opinion.

Nice, tasty, halal Indian food with affordable price. Outdoor seating available. However the menu does not reflect the reality as some items are always unavailable. It needs to be updated. Unfortunately 24 hours open is also NOT true as I was here just now at 15:30 pm and they told me the kitchen is closed and will reopen in 30 minutes. So I had to leave.

Food is okay, chef is helpful but the service staff at the cashier and serving the food is really really bad. Many customers orders were fulfilled by the chef and placed on the counter while she(a very long term staff) would take her time and even chatting on her phone and needed to be reminded by her colleagues that the food were ready and she needed to pass it to us.

Personally, this Srisun Express branch makes the best Maggie Goreng I've ever had in Singapore. I rate their Maggie Goreng 10/10, but what brings down the quality of this branch is the rowdy customers and noisy kids from time to time. Also, they should replace their menus which are so old and torn apart

Neighbourhood prata place that's on the steeper side price wise but decent food, wide variety

Veg meals with 3 veggies if for 5$ may be for kids... Totally poor quantity. Chicken meals for 7$ which comes with 2 or 3 good pieces rest all are skin and bones. Omelette for 2.40$ that also comes with old rotten tasted onions... Overall 17.60$ for 2 pax unworthy.

Food is overpriced. Taste is average. The Indian lady at the counter is extremely rude and sarcastic. She seems to have her mood swings. I notice that she always seem to target me. I am never going to this place. On the side note, I think Indian restaurants are surviving because most of their customers are Non-Indians and they don't care to know what good Indian food tastes like. Prata has become crispy, thosai dry and thin, curry diluted-- all these seem to be catering to the Non-Indian crowd. The ginger limau tasted like a gasy drink. Teh Tarik / Teh Halia always inconsistent. Hiking up food prices but quality of food and service is always low.

I have paid 2$ extra to add more chicken pieces in fried rice, but still less. I can find only 5 or 6 small chicken pieces. Not worth for 10.40$. I Never go to this hotel again.

Bought egg prata for my kids that 1 night. Unsure if its bcos of prata or what causes stomach flu to all my kids. Ask my other fams if they had any stomach flu or not cause we went lunch in the day, they had none. Just my kids so i guess its from here.

Price: $2.70 (Plain Thosai) Plain Thosai: 3.5/5 Crispy centre, savoury and slightly sour. Sambar: 4/5 Savoury, slightly sweet and starchy. Chutney: 5/5 Orange chutney was savoury, slightly spicy and garlicky. Green chutney was minty and garlicky. White chutney was coconuty and garlicky. The taste kind of resembles garlic bread spread. Total score: 12.5/15

Ordered roti John chicken w cheese and in the comments I wrote add onion under the comments section but it came without onion. Ordered ice milo and wrote more sweet in the comments but it came and tasted like there was no sugar at all. Don't know what happened to this place but it was good last time

Neighbourhood prata place that's on the steeper side price wise but decent food, wide variety. 5pcs indian rojak for $9 and prata kosong $1.40 each. Service staff attitude and face as Black as they come

Service was good. Not many seats available. Accepts CDC. Ordered prata with egg, personally find it average. The curry too. Saw that they also sell Indian rojak, items well labelled.

The curry for prata is good and spicy. Really love it. But the price for all the food are on the high side as they have GST counted in the bill. Staff are friendly and patient.

I'm (and my family are) not coming back. Although I have known the outlet for 15 years and come on and off for some snack, this was the worse experience. Shock 1 - very pricey now. Paid $4 for masala thosai and $1.90 for teh halia. ++ came to $6.40. Shock 2 - teh halia tasted horrible. Not the one i was used to. Took one sip terrible and bitter. Took another sip to confirm. Yes, undrinkable. Shock 3 - informed the casher that the teh halia tasted different and horrible. Indifferent attitude. Just said they had just changed the machine. Like don't bother. I refused to drink the rest. Masala Thosai tasted good but now it's pricey. I would rather pay $4 for a proper meal than for a potato snack. Good bye.

Bought nasi goreng mutton and 2pcs prata take home. Staff left cooked food on top of yakult chiller. Went home disappointed, nasi goreng - rice not cooked , too many green and red chillies. Egg cooked sometime ago. Hardly see any mutton. Horrible food and service Waste of money !!!!!!

Food's definitely good. The koso prata is very fresh and crisp. Unlike the egg prata which is generally softer and doughy. Love that they provided us extra mutton curry and daal. Place is on the pricier side however!

Ordered just prata and thosai but waited for super long. We went into the middle of the night, there was not much of a crowd and yet the long waiting hours. When asked for the food, one male staff member only knows how to keep telling us to wait but never says how long. From what I observed, the orders were all mixed up and orders were not done in accordance, thus they screwed up! Will not come back again...there is better service and food elsewhere.

Easy ordering with the QR code on the table and even more convenient payment method using Apple Pay directly on the browser. Food was freshly prepared and absolutely fantastic! Got too excited so forgot to rake a pic before starting to eat but the egg on the plaster prata was perfectly cooked and still runny. The fish curry was packed with flavour and the perfect consistency for prata. The ghee thosai was a good thickness and the accompanying chutneys were all excellent. Service was fantastic and quick.
