We have been to this FC several times and have always tried the nasi from the more popular and famous stalls. And have also noticed a short queue forming here. Today, we decided to give a try. And truly it's worth the calories. The overall experience is more local flavour and authentic than others here. The coconut rice is not overwhelming but goes well with the rice, given in abundance. The chicken wing is nicely fried, and would've been better if it's seasoned further. The overall feel of the nasi lemak is very coherently done, each item complementing others. It's worth your queue time, money, and calories.

Food portion is good and not so long queue compare to Selera Rasa stall. Chilli abit sweeter but chicken wing is good, Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Set B. Sedap nasi lemak.

The best nasi lemak in Adam Road. I usually spot a long queue on this one. However, I was lucky to get a short queue for this tasting and I had to order more variety to try. I noticed they are very famous for their mee rebus as well. So in the end, I ordered nasi lemak set b, mee rebus and mee siam. All were great. Will be back again hopefully with short queues.

Will comeback for sure, just because another famous nasi lemak queing so long, I tried to see the other stall and find out this one that interesting, I bought nasi lemak also with mee rebos. It's kindly usual here in Indonesia to eat that kind of food. But this one, I can guarantee the taste is so good. Then in their stall, I also read that they are quite bit famous and already recommend. The have several option of dishes here. But too bad since the fishes almost sold out, I didn't take decent picture of it.

I always eat at this Nasi Lemak store for the following reasons : 1) Their pricing is good. Their Set B is $3.50 + bagade(potato) is only $4. 2)Their chicken wind batter is light and crispy AND they always serve fresh, crunchy ikan bilis 3. Chilli is on a sweeter side but goes nicely with the food.

For the longest time Adam's road food centre had been famous for Muslim food, whether Malay Muslims or Indian Muslims. Since a kid, you can see many motorbikes and working cars crowding the parking, mainly Muslims patronising the food centre for affordable Muslim fare. Many bloggers have written about this food centre and it has gone on to spawn a famous Nasi Lemak chain as well as, lesser known, but also famous now, a Chinese prawn mee. Still, if you are after Nasi Lemak, this might be a good try, or, if you are after traditional Mee Rebus or Mee Soto, this place had been said to be the Must Try. Personally, I don't come here as much due to the limited parking but today I have the opportunity to try the famed Mee Rebus. This Malay Muslim dish, the key is always the sauce. Savoury taucheo favoured with seafood and mutton. This stall, had been touted to be a must try. Savoury umami sauce checked. Fragrant fried shallots checked. Al Dente noodles checked. Fresh Green Cut chilies checked. Lovely sauce to go with the yellow noodles. It's a must try. The only let down is probably due to inflation, you only get yellow noodles, bean sprouts, fried shallots, green onions and a hard boiled egg. You might jazz up the meal with add ons such as begedils or fried chicken wings. But the usual taukwa cubes and some sambal have been left out. Sauce lean on a balanced flavour and not too sweet. Not as starchy as some others but slurpable and filling. Portion is great and a filling carb on carb meal. Try it!

A slightly unknown gem of Adam Road Food Centre. Nasi Lemak is delicious and is always warm and freshly cooked, especially the fried chicken wing. Lontong is very popular and sells out quickly.

For the last two trips to Adam Road Food Centre, we had not been able to patronize the stall of “Siti Nur Liyana Nasi Lemak” as they were closed. We used to like their Mee Rebus and Mee Siam. When we arrived at 10:30am morning we were happy to find their stall opened, so I joined the queue to place my orders of Mee Rebus and Nasi Lemak. (Mee Siam we’re sold out.) Found out that the stall closes every Wednesday and Thursday since January this year. And from tomorrow, they would close for one month for Lebaran (Hari Raya Season). The rice was still flavorful (sufficient coconut milk). However, we found their Ikan Kuning (though good sizes) were not crispy enough, hence unable to “crunch on” their heads and fins, which I enjoyed in a Nasi Lemak meal. Ikan bilis was rather scarce, do understand that the cost of this item had gone quite a bit though. They were generous with the Sambal Chilli and it was nice when mixed with the rice. Would be good if there were few more slices of cucumber. The fried chicken wing was crispy as it just came out of their wok, nice👍. I can say their rebus was one of the better ones, very delicious and generous with their condiments, very authentic taste. Importantly, the ladies (believe mother and daughters) were all very friendly.

Feb 2023 • Rice is fluffy and taste is subtle. • Fried chicken is crispy on the outside while not dry inside. • The portion of sambal chili is extremely generous and spicy (love it). • Staff were friendly and cheerful. • Plenty of nasi lemak stalls in Adam Road Food Centre, and impossible to say which is the "original" or "best", but I like this stall.

I came to Adam road market in afternoon and the famous ones were closed so decided to try this. But it’s disappointing:( rice was not flavoured enough and chicken batter can do better with more seasoning. The shop keepers were very nice though. Just need abit of minor adjustments to the food!

The nasi lemak was rather disappointing, only redeeming factor is the chilli. The rice is not fragrant, chicken wing is ok, bergedil was cold and mushy, and ikan bilis too hard to bite (like overfried and overcooked). Only positive is probably the price point in the hawker centre. $4.50 for a big plate. Will not go back again for it!

Best nasi lemak in town! The sambal is spicy and goes perfectly with its coconut rice. The chicken fried perfectly as well!

If only one can indulge in such sinful consumption all the time then this will not be a cheat day treat. But alas usually what is really a tasty delish treat is often not good for us. For being such a good boy for the last many months I'll just let go for a short while and indulge.....before going back to self restraint. #SitiNurLiyaNasiLemak's Mee Rebus with its thick OG legit authentic gravy I miss harking back to good ole madman days of my beloved #O2Ads. And when you add hati mempedal — chicken heart and gizzard fried with spices — and lifted by fresh crunchy cut green chillies for me it's a satisfying treat. The lopes kept calling along with a hot cup of frothy sublime teh tarik of course double kurang'ed or reduced in sweetness. This is just a warm #soulfood comfort on a beautiful blessed rainy day 🤲🏻🫶🏻

Mee Rebus was on point. Added a potatoe cutlet for $1 which soaked up the gravy for extra taste. I came on a Friday and found it was closed on Wednesday and Thursday. Business is brisk and good because there was a long queue when I came while other stalls were mostly empty. Most people take away and they would package the gravy and the noodle separately which is a nice touch so it will not turn soggy. Normally would try the other nasi lemak stalls since they are famous but found their quality getting bad. Would try the nasi lemak here next time.
