Went on a Monday night. Only 3 customers dining in but decided to give a try. No regrets! Ordered butter chicken, fish tikka, Rogan Josh (mutton curry)n aloo gobi (cauliflower). Very tasty and fresh ingredients used. Ordered rice n naan to pair up the gravy. Price tend to be on higher side.

Nice Indian food, looong menu with many selection, would love to visit again and invite friends to gathering here. I tried pani puri, chicken lollipops, Naan， thandai, and palak paneer. When order in store, scan QRcode to see menu with picture is really helpful and the staffs are also friendly.

We frequently ordered butter chicken from Shamiana Restaurant. Sometimes, we would have biryani rice too. Both taste simply delicious! The fish tikka is another dish worth the try. It’s tender and well-spiced. That’s why we kept going back again and again!

love the palak paneer and Pani Puri! great service from the lady at the counter too. Have been there multiple times :) Food is a little pricy but worth it

Ordered the chicken tikka, chicken biryani, aloo gobhi. Only the chicken tikka was good. It was a extremely flavourful and tender, but the cut served to us contained quite a bit of bones. The aloo was just average. The cauliflower was crispy and the potato was soft, but the sauce was not very flavourful. The chicken biryani was actually quite bad. The rice had no flavour and the chicken was unmarinated. I was disappointed. I also ordered a masala tea, but it just tasted like normal tea with a bit of cumin. Quite pricey as well.

Some hits and misses I guess. Masala tea was a bit relatively lighter and the naans were lacklustre, and too burnt for my liking. The paneer and curry were pretty good though. Flavourful without being salty.

Generally never a bad experience at this restaurant with the food, service and ambience the numerous times we visited. Gem of a low profile place that consistently delivers. Visited several times before their name was changed. Their naan, meat in curries and main dishes were terrific. Succulent meats in rich spices paired with fresh naan is a pleasure to savour. Their dhal was the best which I can drink as soup and have it without fail. A must order. Their pricing is fair due to their area of location near bungalows in a quaint shophouse. 2 persons at dinner averages SGD100 plus. Thank you for the fantastic meals. We will be back.

Awesome Indian food ! Would have given 5 star if not the burnt Naan ! The base of the Cheese , butter n garlic naan was quite burnt hence tasted pretty weird! Other than tat , would recommend for all others !

This is the 4th time we got our food delivered to our home. Compliments to the Chef that prepared our food! - Food is always fresh and warm when delivered! - Delivery is always on time. - M Shreedara Gowda is a great help with excellent service - often recommended us of the food quantity and what to order. - The best Shamiana Lentils i ever tasted... and the Egg curry is super2 good! - The Gravy Manchurian Ghobi is super tasteful n excellent!!! - And food is always cleanly wrapped n delivered! - Amazing service, Great Delicious Food and always fleshly n served warm! 2pax lunch @ shamiana on 18.9.2023 ordered- palak paneer aloo gobi bhindi masala one garlic naan..I had 1/2 friend had 1/4 all vegetarian bhindi (okra) was best dish excellent palak paneer very good too aloo gobi the usual this vegetarian lunch better than my non vegetarian lunch with obaydul yesterday at tani bistro naan was more tasty..bhindi & paneer dishes also more tasty..aloo gobi about same

Food is excellent. Robust flavours, creamy rich gravies to pair with fluffy rice. Have eaten here twice, and have never been disappointed.

Service was good. Set lunch is reasonably priced. Food was so so. We ordered vegetarian and non veg set. Portion was good. Overall the food we have tasted better in other shops. If you like Gulab Jamun, this restaurant serves a nice sweet treat.

Restaurant that is quite empty. The staff is quite cold as well. They served a water that tasted weird. The Butter chicken masala is watery and tasteless. The basmati saffron rice was the only thing that was nice. The paratha was ok but not wow. Will never come here again. It is overpriced for the quality of the food. At hawker Center, you can find better and cheaper.

Attentive service, really tasty North Indian food with an extensive menu. Particularly enjoyed the butter chicken and the grilled items. They are also available for delivery if you can’t make the trip down.

First time here, and it was a great experience! Recommend the Mustard Paneer Tikka, Fish Tikka, and Kosha Mangsho 💯 The naans were pretty good too, chewy & fragrant! But the butter chicken was so small 🥲 The service was also very prompt & friendly, kudos to the staff! 🫶🏻

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, butter chicken is a must try that goes well with the naan basket that has an assorted of mix roti flavours. A very satisfying meal topped with papdi chat and mango lassi.

Very nice food, the taste is perfect! The lamb is fresh, and the butter naan is nice to chew. The staff is friendly too, she told us the spicy level can be customised. I will be back again to have my lunch or dinner here.

Great service and we absolutely loved the garlic naan here. It’s a must try and the rice was fragrant. We ordered the fish head curry and while the fish was a bit tough we thoroughly enjoyed the sauce.
