Sweet potato was soft and good though quite oily. But the carrot stick was extremely oily, perhaps, it wasn't left to drain enough. As one bites into it, the oil would be oozing out. I feel that the carrot stick was a little too hard, probably it was deep fried for too long.

The curry puff pastry is powdery and thick with only potato filling. The salty bun is hard on one side and too salty. Will not buy again.

I’ve always had a weakness for youtiao and salty bun (ham chim peng). But I rarely buy youtiao from this stall despite staying nearby. Reason being when you bite into it, the taste feels like bad/old oil taste. The salty bun is also not salty, quite tasteless.

The Mumg bean (豆爽）is fragrance and not too sweet. You Tiao given is very generous, which normally other dessert stall very stingy. 😋 yummy, will visit again.

Do visit should you have craving for fried you tiao. Butterfly fritter, banana fritters, carrot cake, Tau Suan and etc. Nice friendly stall owners with good service and reasonably priced food.
