Generally pretty decent pizza. Delivery is usually pretty quick too. Sometimes the tomato sauce is very sweet though.

Placed an order one day before for delivery at 11.45am but received the order at 10.30am instead. An entire hour ahead of my order... the food got all cold when it was time for our party.

Wish I could comment on the food quality, but we never got that far. An HOUR after ordering (and paying) for delivery via Grab, Sarpino’s decided to just cancel the order. I knew they were due to close at 10:30pm, hence why I ordered at 9:30. If only the restaurant had the ability to plan that far ahead, and stop taking orders they cannot/have no intention of fulfilling. Complete and utter rubbish!

ok the pizza here is kinda meh. the tomato base has a lingering bitter aftertaste. but Sarpino’s at Dunearn Rd (at Shell petrol station) deserves 4 stars because of the staff, a lady wearing a head scarf. she was cashier and cook all at once, and also mechanic, tweaking a fan for the petrol station attendant to use. she was incredibly patient with my fumbling efforts to use Grab Pay, and very accommodating with my specific requests for the pizza. too bad i didn’t like it though that wasn’t her fault since the sauce probably came out of a can. i won’t be back again for pizza but thank you for being so awesome!

It’s your usual Sarpino’s but at a fantastic location. No need to worry about parking. Can call ahead and pick up easily. Pizza was tasty with substantial toppings.

I had a very bad experience with a tattoo female serve lady who served me with a sour face. I asked for her opinion on the pizzas that she liked, so I could try with my friends at home. But replied, "How do I know what's your taste is?' With a rough tone. I'm totally disappointed. What's great about food when the serve is totally bad? I'm from an f&b background, and I will disagree if you tell that's how she talks.

Ordered a Butcher 9" regular thin crust through FoodPanda. Pizza arrived cold, there was no ground beef topping, there was barely any salami, and the pizza was not even 8" in size. Nothing short of a scam.
