The auntie serving had a serious attitude problem and did not seem customer-service oriented at all. The overall experience was unpleasant. With service standards like this, the store's reputation is at risk of declining. I hope management can look into this and provide better customer service training to maintain the quality of the Rampage stall.

Ordered grab pick up, came to collect my food, this uncle say item not available. So I proceeded to tell I’ll cancel the order cause I don’t want to wait, he got angry cause I cancel the order and threatened to call his boss. If item not available please remove item from the app so people won’t order. Waste of my time. Please train your staff properly.

I ordered takeaway. The chicken chop, whole chicken and fish and chips are nice. Portion is generous. The chicken taste good. Food arrived through delivery is still hot. Good.

Rude uncle. I ask if got chicken chop, he say don’t have , then I ask how about cutlet ? He straight up “ u want chop or cutlet “ lol. Nvm. Then when he’s preparing , I Paynow thru the BIG QR code shown and place infront of the shop, he shout “ aiya I also don’t have Paynow “ lol. Don’t have Paynow then remove the QR code.put there for what? He keep quiet after I told him off. I even told him pls remove. Faster remove the QR code. Lol
